I always wanted a 10x20 building for my storage. I couldn’t afford the price and knew I didn’t want to make payments. I saved up for it and finally had enough to purchase it outright. Once I did, it was delivered. Never have to worry about missing payments and can do whatever I want to it.
Yes save up and pay cash is the best way.
I got a 12x40 lofted barn playhouse sitting on my new property. Some people buy new cars and drink coffees from starbucks. I save and buy land!!!
Smart move
If you make payments, you wind up paying double the cost of the shed.
The price you paid you could’ve had someone build one bigger
Scumbags never intended to pay, they figured you would give up. Great job!
I bet they sat around saying "They won't go through the trouble of repossessing this shed🤨. I will cost them too much by the time they have to hire a lawyer🙄. Wrong answer. Read the contract you sign. You agree to them coming on your property if payments are not made.
The property owner was laughing, saying they wouldn’t get it out.
It stands to reason if it went in, it will come out, duhhhhh 🙄🙄
We were given two weeks to relocate with kids/livestock/etc. due to landlord not paying bills and loosing his houses. We found a rental on property where all creatures and kids are welcome- yet no storage. We rented a building- paid it off in 60 days and now will begin to turn into a cabin for our future land! Love our building!! Great investment for sure!
I have missed seeing your videos...love all the things you have shown before.. hope you will post some new ones..Hope your family had a blessed Thanksgiving. I'll be watching for your post...
That awesome truely great in getting ready to do same
Same here. It worked in an urgent situation.....hay storage
*losing. The word is *losing.
Kind of sad to see people lose their home, but you have to pay your payments.
I'm always amazed by people who can't pay for something and then get all pissed when its repoed.
You should feel BLESSED that you have ZERO understanding for the poor. I have never had anything repo but I sure do feel bad for those who have. Not everyone is BLESSED in the ways I have been.
@@PeaceOverHate55 I have understanding for the poor, just not for those who get upset when they get repoed. Should the get to keep the stuff they didn't pay for, for whatever reason they couldn't pay?
Yeah but you don't know what's been going on in there life .some body could have past away .maybe some one lost there jib for some crazy reason. Not every body has it good like some people do .the lord said judge not lest you be judged .for the way we judge others we will also be judged the same way .when we face God one day 🙏
@@kencarpenter1363 people are emotional creatures we get upset. They have money tied up in the object being repo .. let's say you owe the last 4 payments of 6 Years, yep people going to get pissed.
Let's not forget life has many circumstances. Evil situations happen such as cancer, death of a partner, loss of a job, severe injury or hospitalization. You think it was by choice? I highly doubt that. When you see what claytin homes has done to people. It's sickening. Telling people to skip the meds, skip the doctors, cut groceries, cable etc. It's very sad
Just found your channel. Great video. Loved the fact that the boss assisted and everyone’s positive attitudes. When I moved two years ago, the house we bought came with a brand new Tuff Shed. 10x12x16 (has a loft). It’s slowly being converted into my music studio. After researching prices, I’m sure glad it was included with the property.
Be safe out there.
Thanks so much
I had no idea
Amazing how easily it slipped through the trash, trees, and concrete blocks. 👍🏻👍🏻
Ya know, I never knew until today that those things can be moved in one piece. I always just assumed they were built on site when they were that large. Amazing!!
people never cease to amaze me...great job guys
Great that the police department Was there so no problems people need to invest in their payments instead of the interior
Never knew how those building were moved / delivered. Well done!! Property owner has opportunity for urban renewal now.
Thanks
Why would people think it is a good choice to pour money into someone else’s home!!!! Pay for the building & then do the build!!! Never a dull moment in your lives! Have a Very Merry Christmas! 💜
This goes triple for people, who put fancy rims on a financed car.
Yes 🙌🏻,
@@annegreengables6367 OR, idiots that put said wheels on a car that barely runs. Chrome WON'T get you home!! LOL
That spray foam wasn't cheap.
I just watched a couple videos I live in Silverton Oregon I'm a retired truck driver 17 years commercial wreaker/longhaul started out driving a wreaker doing repos this caught my interest you got skills my friend and the right attitude great video God bless & stay safe...
Thank you so much
Yeah..did repos for years..got out of it..to many crazy people in the world..even though they don't pay..they still think they own it..got to be to dangerous.
Awesome video! Agreed…pay for the home you live in and don’t complain about spending money for a building you don’t own. Reality is home payment comes first and all else second.
👏 yes
But what about PBR? Taxidermy? A lift kit and 38" tires for the truck? Gotta get your priorities straight! 😉
@@WybleFamilyAdventures I could understand if they just fell upon hard times and needed it. But to brag about putting big money into it while they stop paying, that seems rather dumb to me. If someone already has a home to live in,then make sure the shed gets paid off and then turn it into a tiny house or whatever. And I'm FAR from a financial Einstein. So if even I can figure that out why can't that seem to own some nice Property?
@@ostlandr They had to have the new iPhone too. Cannot forget the tv service either. These are necessities...
Ah, so that's how it's done! A friend of mine has two pre-built sheds on her farm- didn't get to see them delivered.
That's amazing how you can move such a big shed so easily
thank you for thus video.
great job. it is good you keep her safe too. stay well and safe.
God bless
Thanks for the tag along and showing us how y'all gitter dun!! God Bless and keep y'all Safe!👍
Impressive, you definitely know your equipment & abilities. Well done!!
My goodness, my first video of yours I've seen but I immediately like you folk. I'm subscribing.
Great job!!!!!!!! Keep making more videos please. Thank you very much 😊.
Great job!! You two are a great team😀❤
Thanks
They take the door knob and window? 😱 WOW
I jumped from watching vehicles repos to shed repos, my wife and I were shocked when we saw shed repos. Its really an eye opening. We feel sad for the repoman when things gets really intense.
So I bought my house 5 years ago, so I nicely built a 12Wx20L storage in the back, I just added another 9Wx20L for ladders, scaffoldings with lights and cameras, neighbors asking me to built the same for them but can afford it.
Any property with a mattress laying in the yard is a high class residence.
I have two.
@@noworriesmate5903 Now you're just bragging...
My neighbors redid their kitchen and just piled up the old cabinets and flooring in their back yard, then linoleum, then carpet then couple months later a couple mattresses on top.
That was almost 4 years ago. Pile is still there. City came and took pictures last fall. Still there.
@@guyina4x499 sounds like there's going to be an accidental on purpose bonfire some night over there.
It's romantic.
I actually live in a home to shed. Mine is paid for in full. We are retired and it's a wonderful home for us.
Yeah my little cabin was a repo 12× 24 got it for a little more than $5000 walls and floor insulated walls drywalled . I was at the right place right time couldn't be happier paid it off before I finished it
That’s awesome 😎
OMG the price of these have gone up so much I paid $6559.00 for mine with the electrical and extras and protections. It is a 13x34. I ordered it in October 2017. I spent the winter in it because of the Harvey floods. Thank God I made up my mind to buy it then. I wonder how much they are going to sell that one for. If I had the space for it ready I would try to phone in and see if I could get it.
@@oldladyfish yeah I bought mine in 2016 glad I did
Amazing that little machine did all that!
Just found your channel today...loving this !!!
Thanks

great job guys & very professional even during sketchy sitchyations !!!
Who are you to judge anyone not everything is so cut & dry not saying I've ever been repoed just sayin don't be so quick to judge you're feeding all the hate...
@@timvanasen6711 Well said Tim.

@@timvanasen6711 aww, did someone damage your snowflake ❄️ feelings?.. obviously the police needed to be called because they showed hostility
NATO should give trump a call and remind him to pay his bills 😂😂😂😂
Legend has it the mattress and cinderblocks are still there.
I must be in Florida too long. I didn't even see a mattress.
@@nancyfahey7518 Look @ 12:39-12:53, 15:18-15:33.
It was not in the path of the repo, so they didn't move it.
There's a truck sitting there. Freight is up. Why don't they catch up the payments. No excuse but can't manage their money. Over extended most likely
They cut the loft out of it and destroyed the stability of the walls when they did it. It's only worth half as much as it was new now, where is the window that is missing also theft of property.
Hillbilly architects
I'm guessing there was no window there when he bought it. Then when he knew it was being repo'd he ripped out the window he added, along with all the other stuff he had added.
I have a twelve X twelve utility shed, and it is really handy.
I've seen a few of your videos. Always impressed.
Great Video, I like your longer videos And recipes!
Thanks
This is pretty cool. I'm 55 and had no idea that people repo sheds. I wish you and yours safe travels
Yes welcome to America live in a shed
My Dad wouldn't buy a new car unless he could buy it outright. Too many lives are messed up but the evil temptation of credit. It's a well you never want to start taking from because in the blink of an eye you can ruin yourself financially.
I really enjoyed the video. I pray God will always protect you on your job. God bless
I pray for the ppl that lost the barn and I pray for the people that had to recover it.. It takes a Toll on both sides...!
I agree. I’m not sure this was to be an out building. I think they were going to make a home out of it. There appeared to have been a mattress inside which had been thrown out. Obviously, they were making payments and fell behind. Who knows their hardship story. I feel for them, but at the same time realize too, that you no pay, you no stay. Harsh but true. Well wishes to the ones who suffered loss.
I am a biscuit and gravy man, I would start every day that way if I could sometimes with a side of eggs.
The main lesson here is "Pay for what you are buying"
$13,000!!?? I built a 30 x 40 pole building for just over $10,000 for my dad just over 4 years ago, cost includes 2 garage doors, 4 windows, 1 man door, 30 yards of bank gravel, and another 15 yards of b-2 gravel and my labor. I know it may have been 4 years ago, but that shed looks to be a few years old as well.
It's amazing how you move these sheds, looks like fun!
The key difference is that you were willing to do the work yourself. This is the reason why they cost so much.
Four years ago a sheet a ply wood was $20 and a 2X4 was just over $3. Since covid the price of lumber has skyrocketed. A 2X4 right now (pressure treated) will run you over $10. I seen sheet of plywood for over $50.
A self-built shed doesn't have to be built in a way that can be picked up and moved around. I expect that adds a lot to the cost.
WOW! The wild swings of the camera are making me seasick!
Big shout from your newest subscriber in Scotland 😉
amazing how quickly you guys get these suckers. never seen that specialized equipment, looks like it works well.
Wait till you see the remote controlled mule. Runs around 60k alone.
Very Cool the way to repo that house I watched the video from strat to finish I wondered how you can repo something that big great job
Thanks
"When your financed shed gets repossessed for non-payment, you might be a redneck". Lol
Good one lol
Lol. The amish can build one better for a quarter the price in a day.
Especially if it's a shed! Unbelievably stupid sometimes.
Great repo shed video
Great video. How long had it been out there. Had you done the original delivery?
No we did not do the original delivery but I think it had been out there about 2 years
How ironic, people see the country homestead movement, then borrow on the property, borrow on the cabin/trailer, borrow on the shed, truck, tractor, county services, and credit cards... Then pretend their sly, when shopping at walmart....(on credit!)
Great job guys, that's a big one...
It just breaks 💔 my heart to see people lose there home 🏡 💔. But you got to make your payments if you want a home .but it still hurts my heart .we you know lady some people are having it hard thes days .you all could have worked some out for them .it's just sad .May God bless and be with this family and I pray 🙏 that things gets better for them
You guys didn't give up stay patient and keep moving ahead. Great job.
Id LOVE to have that shed behind my house, in my suburban neighborhood. To park my walk behind Snapper Mower and weedeater in, & my ATV, and leaf blower. The Perfect size shed !
another professional job well done.
Do you know about what this unit weights, were trying to move a 12 x 35 shed / cabin with a loft, from NE Texas to Missouri. Trying to determine if we should bring the gooseneck or semi trailer
They might have taken the windows and hardware, but they lost their asses on all the electrical and plumbing work they had done.
I think I got a glance of sprayed insulation.
Why not make the freaking payments?
Prob had payments on it til 2034.
Meth takes priority over payments
it's great to have the right tools for the job
This is why we have building codes, you can get by with a lot out in the sticks.
I love the lifter/fork lift ? that they use. One powerful little machine. #IWantOne
16x40 dang nice building!
Ingenious method of moving large wooden buildings.
Good Job Where there's a will there's a way
New subscriber. Mesmerizing to watch.
Nice driving skills with that mule
Just stumbled on this video and the accents sounded really familiar. I grew up in Jefferson!
When I started out I built a 12x12x8 on top of 4x4’s. It sits uphill from a 60x80 pole barn I had built ten years later. Wood shed is still just about full!
Just found your channel as " suggested video". Interesting job you folks have. Has anyone ever told you that you resemble Kyle Bush? I'm subbing and looking forward to more videos.

@@briscoesjug1026 I'm more of a fan of this guy than Kyle but I thought there was a resemblance.

I'd say that was slightly more difficult than recovering a Volkswagen Beetle🙃
when my daughter brought the place we are living now , there were two of the 10x20 building on the place we use one and sold the other, they are really nice buildings, I can't see why those people didn't make the payments on the building before the started making it into a living space.
Heeeeyyyy I’m from Hallsville which is a neighboring town of Marshall and I work in Marshall and I know exactly where y’all dropped it off at that’s so cool I don’t see my local area that much on RUclips
Awesome 😎
Carthage is my home town,

Awesome
Guess they didn't read their contract that stated it could not be modified, altered or connected to utilities UNTIL they own the bldg.
Roll Bro Jesse! Fixing to start doing this myself.
Good job. An ancient Hobart welder.
I've wondered where do you take these big buildings after you repo it? They don't just fit anywhere? 🇺🇲👍🏻👍🏻
We take them to the nearest sales lot that it will fit on
The shed owners sell them to another poor rube.
That mule is one great machine.
It sure comes in handy
I was out mowing a ladies yard last summer and watched a shed repo guy haul a shed out of a back yard.
I have a couple of these on my interest rate to finance is unbelievably high.
This looks like a nice building with spray foam.
They acting like Angels with Police presence.
They all ways do
O poor me
What you do just blows my mind.
Well, I guess I know how to keep the repo from happening, lol. Good job!

I don't want anyone to ever be displaced but you have to pay your bills !
Shed living is the life for me.
You would think that if the plan on living in it they’d make those payments
Got ‘Em - Good Job!
Holy Crap, y'all. I am brand new to this and am here for every minute of it. 😮
thanks
I just brought my shed this same size and it was a little over 19k and I paid cash cause I didn’t want to have to worry about making payments or worrying about it getting repo. It’s being built now and I can’t wait to get it. My yard has more trees then this though
Never tell southern folks they can't do something!
Right
Great job.
Pretty cool stuff but I’m got to ask it seems like a lot of work to move a shed when u could be repo cars and motorcycles. Does it pay that much just curious
That’s a shame those nimrods had to be difficult. Little bit of repair to it and I’m sure you will find someone who needs that.
They'll still take some loss because it's damaged goods. It can never be sold as 'new'.
Wow, that was utterly fascinating to watch. I guess I never thought a company would repo a shed, as in literally come take it. I thought they would just take you to court. Guess these people thought that too, lol. Do they repo trailer homes too?
Yes but we don’t
Yes, trailer houses can easily run upwards of $100K for the big nice ones. Sure and they’ll take that back if you don’t pay.
I once had a guy knock asking if I knew where my neighbors were, he was there to repo their livingroom furniture. 🤷♀️
@@stonecabinadventures1933 A lot near me was selling a model for 200k. Had an outdoor stone kitchen complete with huge flatscreen TV. People here buy them to put on the lake for vacation homes. They look nicer inside than a lot of people's houses.
Well kind of hard to repo Moble Homes ( you have to deal with the family living in it ; the location ; and utility companys " gas, oil, electric, water, and so on ! Then if it is a dubble wide you have to do the work to split it in 2 halves to move it ! Also have to deal with it being on a slab or a basement ! As for a 2 story madular ; then you need a crain too !
Got a question...have you ever heard of anyone using the equipment that you use to steal a building? Not repo but outright theft?
Buildings get stolen quite often
I have zero experience at something like this, so this may be a stupid question.. Would putting the bogey wheel under the two center skids instead of the outer skids once you were going down the driveway, have saved you the trouble of the saw work, or would the shed not be strong enough to support its own weight to do it that way?
It makes the building extremely top heavy and tipsy when you put the wheels on the middle runners we have done it before but it’s not safe
Zero experience here too….couldnt you put the bogeys to the other end and bring the push me pull you to the opposite end to get you past the tree stump?..alternatively I’ve think a chinook would sort it out real quick style..
Wow, are we really trying to argue ourselves out of a three minute chainsaw solution?
