I was in the business of financing these buildings and I can’t tell on our contract that the customer signed, plainly states that we have the right to remove any fences or items that blocks or would prevent removal of our property.
I have a client that has storage units, and was considering branching out into storage buildings, until he looked at the percentage of buildings that were repossessed, in our area. I checked and it was right on the national average. He decided to purchase some additional property and build additional storage units. At least with them, he has the ability to deactivate the customer's card which stops them from entering the property. We wrote his customer contract where if they are delinquent on their rental, they agree that they will not be permitted back on the property until they are current, and their access card is deactivated and a lockout is placed on the unit. When they are 10 days late, they will receive a trespass from the property, so if they talk someone inside the facility into letting them in, they are then guilty of criminal trespass, and he will have them arrested. If they have tampered with the lockout, then they are looking at additional charges. Then it is just a matter of waiting for the obligatory time periods, and filing the abandonment documents. Then their items are moved to the warehouse for the semi-annual auction.
I give you credit for asking the home owner what his intended outcome was. Very smart move. Well done. What an incredible machine you used to move the shed. Very cool.

I mean, I can relate. But I pay my bills or don't buy something I can't afford.
WOW! Job well done. You threaded the needle with that barn. Thanks for sharing this video. Carry On Sir!
19:20 you can see him peaking out the window lol
😂I knew he was in there the whole time
This is what gets me...people think they can build a fort around a building and they can't move it. GUESS WHAT ❤😂
I enjoy watching your videos. I must say you have a lot of class. I respect that in a person. I had my car Repo so i understand. Thank you so much.
You need to use your Pennsylvania Dutch more often😅
Your manner and politeness with people comes from how you were raised as a youngster. The fact that you continue to pursue self improvement is from how you were raised. For instance you dont swear or raise your voice. That alone prevents disasters in your line of work. Your polite way of informing the man how people are liars can nearly be overlooked ,and that is an enormous truth. A job well done!
He needs to sell some of that crap to pay for the building. No wonder she left. Lol
Just when you think you have seen all his abilities and accessories he pops out some new ingenious thing (the rollers).
When said "people lie", I wish you had said like how he "wasn't home". Then drive away without putting the fence back.
That language/accent you can talk in so the people can’t understand you is awesome I wish I could speak it.
Learn another language
I like that you used the Pennsylvania Dutch so he couldn't understand, that took me by surprise. I didn't know what the heck was coming out your mouth! 🤣
Going out to PA this fall will hafta study up on the language b4 Going there
A yard of treasures...that Audi is priceless
You do an amazing job. Keep up the good work.
(Starting at) 30:41 the skills and control, Bravo. Fun watching a pro.
You are very respectful!!!

Thank you and welcome to the party 🥳
I was in the business of financing these buildings and I can’t tell on our contract that the customer signed, plainly states that we have the right to remove any fences or items that blocks or would prevent removal of our property.
Was just up in Holmes County 2 weeks ago. Wished I could have run into you and Sarah. Love your videos.
Good job maneuvering that shed through those vehicles in his yard. That’s a lot of heavy work so I hope you’re taking care of your back.
Very cool.
It's hard to understand having a property like that and letting all that junk accumulate.
love the use of Pennsylvania Dutch! Are these repossessed sheds available to buy in Berks County?
NOW that is a skill set!!!!!!
Don't argue. Don't waste your time. If they have a problem they need to deal with the shed's owner - your boss.
That was the most excellent MacGyver move on that fence post. Excellent content.
