$80k for the trailer, another $80k+ for the truck and $20k or so for the mule (was surprised at this when I looked it up). Add in all the ancillary stuff and that is a stiff ante-up cost. Thanks for the video. Amazing engineering and design on the trailer.
WOW. What a set up. It takes a special talent to drive that huge rig & pull that massive trailer on the horrible roads & tight areas in this country. I’m fascinated.
Thanks for the demo of the trailer. I can only imagine the experiments and engineering changes made in the design and final product. The amazing thing is I guessed the price within about $2k. Hope you make your money back and make a good living with it. Self employment is a tough thing to manage. I did it for about 18 years and it wasn't what you are doing, but it can be challenging. Best of luck and be careful out there!
You can't do the job without the right tools. That is probably the most popular trailer that Pine Hill sells. I think you ordered it perfectly. It is easy to walk in to Pine Hill and order the truck, bed, mule and dollies, a trailer and leave 250K lighter. Good job.
Amazing capabilities. Had to come watch this video after seeing the trailer walk sideways in one of your other videos. Never seen a trailer do anything like that before.
OMG!! What a fantastic trailer. Worth every penny you paid for it. Makes your job easier! You are very talented man & hard working. You really get in some nasty situations, but admire that you handle them with respect. Thanks for giving us a tour of your trailer. ❤️ Stay safe 🙏
Your previous video came up in my feed. While watching it I was totally amazed at how much this trailer could do. Watching this video I was even more impressed with its versatility and quality of construction. Before you quoted the price I was guessing between $50K and $100K, so I was right in the ballpark! A major investment but I would say well worth it! Now you need a custom paint job on the trailer and the truck and the mule, with the trailer labeled, “The Transformer!” 😉🔧👍
That trailer is an amazing piece of machinery!!! Thanks for showing how all the bells and whistles function. Wow, I wish our 16-foot horse trailer had a few of those bells and whistles. I've spent a lot of time over the years backing up, pulling forward, backing up, pulling forward, ... maybe a motorized mule is the answer? 🤔
WOW with all the bells and whistles I would never guess the cost. I was thinking it would be a whole lot more. The engineering gone into that trailer is genius. I had to trailer myself away from my PC so I could get some sleep. I built some much smaller machines for manufacturers in my life. All were pneumatic not hydraulic. It's kind of the same concept but using air cylinders. I have to watch more of your' vids. I think they are amazing. Thanks for the tour of the trailer. You are a master at your' job.
Having the right tool for the job is always worth the cost, especially when it saves you time. Just hope you get paid a good wage for what you do, with up keep of equipment and cost plus insurance and gas along with living expenses, it all adds up when you work for your self. With that said it looks like you keep busy so image you always have money coming in. Keep up the good work, glad Josh told us about your channel, enjoy your video's.
Thanks I've been watching your channel for some time Have been totally intrigued by that trailer thanks for taking time just showing it off Yes I just subscribed
Thanks for the in-depth review of your trailer, I over-estimated by $20,000. But I didn't want to skip to the end just for the price, didn't want to miss any of those awesome features. Great content! That trailer rivals the aircraft K-loaders we had to maintain in the Air Force.
Here from recommendation of "Shed Happens" from Josh and Sara. They have gotten out of the shed repo business and I enjoyed their channel so now I am here to check your channel out 👍
I had commented in another video of your about the cost being at least $100K. Love that equipment, truly designed with the Shed Repo man in mind !! LOL
thanks for sharing the cost of the trailer, like the extras you bought second time buying a trailer, the tilting axels, that was the first time I'd seen that .
I just watched your video on the repo of the shed with the Harley and wondered about the cost of something like that. I guessed over a hundred thousand dollars. For what it does, it's worth every penny. Thanks for the walk-around. Stay safe out there!
Amazing trailer and not shocked at all about the cost for all the features it has. I'm curious about what the empty weight and capacity is? The hydraulics, side moving wheels, size of the steel that must be needed, etc, I'm sure it's not light empty. I also don't know what the typical shed weighs but I guess it has enough capacity to haul them. I have to wonder about repo's full of stuff though... Anyway, just curious, if you see this and are able to share that's cool, but just seeing all the features and cool things you can do with that is amazing.
Ya man that trailer is excellent! Big buy but you run that thing pretty smooth. The vids of getting things out of tight places makes that trailer worth it! Awesome trailer and little 2 wheel lift you have. You run them all very smooth. Nice work!!
I'm a heavy equipment mechanic, I'm here to watch the moves, don't really care about the drama of the repo's haha. I love that trailer. For what you do, worth every penny. We don't have sheds like this where I live so have never seen anything like this. Pretty cool stuff. I'm still amazed at the places you go.
You should give your trailer a X-Former's name. Like Optimus-Shed-Be-Gon. Cool trailer. IDK why but your videos mesmerize me. Thanks for putting them up.
Hell that was worth the wait! That is one of those tools you like to have in case you ever need it. Do not know what I would do with it. But awesome video. Thanks for breaking it down. I bet it is well worth the price. Gotta have the right tool for the job. Thanks again
I’ve been waiting for this after 37 years of putting them on flatbeds with a heavy wrecker. This is the nuts and he’s very good at his job…..side drive has caused a lot of swearing in the repoees vocabulary. Think they have it parked in.aaaawwwww overextended on the railway ties. Not enough room between the ties to do that is there??
Thanks for the trailer review. I was guessing around $75K so I was close. I was wondering how the leveling axles worked. Neat design but I don't see how you can keep your axles aligned enough to keep from wearing out the inside of your tires. And the center 4 wheel drive tire assembly is awesome. Being able to run a trailer sideways is almost like cheating.
That’s one awesome trailer definitely definitely makes your life easier and I’m sure it’s worth every penny of the 80,000 that thing can do everything. Good luck with it.
I've been watching your videos recently and have marveled at the capabilities of this trailer. Thanks for this video -- it answered all my questions. One of them was about the side shifting wheels -- i was curious if they were installed straight across along the radius of the hitch pivot, and I see that they even thought of that detail and aligned them with the arc of the radius. One thing I noticed though is on the gray junction box next to the battery box, the front left screw is loose. Might want to screw that in so the box stays well sealed.
Great video, have been wondering how it all works, we have nothing like this trailer in Australia. I think it is worth every cent. But you would be doubling the cost down Under due to USA dollars to Australian dollars. Keep up the good work.👍
That is quite the engineering marvel. I was thinking 50-55 all along. I was a little shocked at the price. A lot to maintain as well. Sweet little deal though
But hopefully you take good care of the engine on the trailer, it never runs long enough to get to operating temps before its under load... Change oils 4 times a year I would do, if not more often..
@@xxbambamxx7261he was shutting it off so the sound wasn’t ruined in the video. I imagine when moving/loading sheds it runs plenty long enough to get up to temp
On your trailer tour; in front of the driver side wheels it looks like a control panel with lots of switches and then there is a lever behind that. Any explanation would be great. Trailer is worth every cent you spent. In business I learned you can pay for labor (going back and forth to truck) or you pay for equipment to save the labor. :)
The panel is just all the functions of the trailer. But I have a remote so I never use it. The lever that I think you’re talking about is a master switch. By switching it off. It kills all the electronics
That’s a beautiful piece of equipment, I think if it was me, I would keep a supply of replacement hydraulic hoses, I would assume they’d be pretty expensive, and probably not all that available easily. Having a set made up, and kept handy, would be a wise decision. I was in business many years myself, as a mason, and had some fairly expensive equipment myself, I learned that lesson the hard way. I’m 75 years old now, but I enjoy watching young folks doing good, and making their own way, like I did, it’s not easy being in business for yourself, and making big investments to get yourself ahead. Scary, but necessary if you’re ever going to make it! 👍
Thankyou! I’ve only had about 4 hoses blow in between 2 trailers in the last 6 years. And I have always bin able to stop in at a Napa and get a new one cut to size in a few minutes. But there is a a lot of hoses on these trailers. So keeping some on hand would definitely not be a bad idea.
@@ShedmoversRus -- Plus the rubber in spare hoses ages out over time too -- whether you're using them or not = not good to have your money tied up like that.
Whoever invented this trailer deserves a raise well done though out.
80k a pop I'm sure they are making plenty.
$80k for the trailer, another $80k+ for the truck and $20k or so for the mule (was surprised at this when I looked it up). Add in all the ancillary stuff and that is a stiff ante-up cost.
Thanks for the video. Amazing engineering and design on the trailer.
The mules can go a lot more than 20k, saw another video where one of the smaller ones was $34k, and he said upwards of $50k with higher load capacity
Very nice gear you have, congratulations makes me happy see young successful hard working people. ❤❤❤🙏
You got the right trailer for the job .I didn't even know that trailer existed. Great video.
Your trailer is your Swiss army Knife and worth the money for the job you do ,great work and videos cheers.
Thanks for the demo on the trailer. Impressive piece of equipment.
I'm almost embarrassed by how much I love this trailer!
Yep I with ya there..
WOW. What a set up. It takes a special talent to drive that huge rig & pull that massive trailer on the horrible roads & tight areas in this country. I’m fascinated.
Closest thing i’ve seen to a useful Transformer, “more than meets the eye” 🎵 Absolutely incredible.
Optimus Primes brother from another mother.
Nice to see a video on how those trailers work. Amazing piece of equipment that has evolved over the years.
You are a smart young man, ty for taking the time to explain everything. God bless
Amazing engineering went into this trailer build.
The trailer is a fabulous bit of kit for the job you do.

Pretty cool for those who can't backup or load a standard trailer. I'm glad you found something to help you.

Every trailer need those extra wheels to steer sideways that best thing ever
Amazing trailer. Tools cost money but the more tools you have the easier the job to perform.
This is no doubt the coolest trailer I have ever seen. My only question is about the suspension. I didn’t see any leaf springs on the levering wheels.
Great video, all things I was wondering about with your trailer!

The graphite might make the trailer's rails slippery, but I don't think it's going to coat them & protect them from oxidation (rust) the way oil will.
