It always amazes me that people have these nice big yards which would be beautiful, except they fill them with trash and can't even keep up the payments on a shed.
I bought a shed for two reasons: I wanted it and it was already built! Never missed a payment and very satisfied with building😊
making payments on a shed..ridiculous. Not making payments on a shed and getting it repo'd is even more ridiculous

I watch a few other video's doing the same as Josh. One is in Arkansas near Mt Home where we have family. I like watching the interactions and the effort they put in to getting the buildings out of precarious places.

Idk if you'll even read my message but I'm watching your video at the moment. So, I have to admire you because you really know your stuff when hauling these sheds whether their big or small. Good job! If it weren't for the economy with this so called Biden president people wouldn't have to l8ve in a shed unless they really wanted to. Have a blessed Easter 2024

I no longer do the shed business.
When I would help out repo'ing sheds we would take everything out that we could. That way no surprises of overload or damaging the shed. It took us an extra 20-30 minutes but we felt better knowing we at least took their stuff out and gave the people a chance to grab their stuff. I cant fault you guys for not emptying them but we found it was less headaches even though it took that xtra half hour of emptying the unit. I still cant wrap my head around renting a shed and then not paying for it but hey it is what it is.
Josh works alone unless his wife is with him. He almost always empties a shed but this one would have taken him too long by himself. He is the best and wouldn’t have attempted it if he didn’t think he could do it.
@@E.Meyers He does a great job and appears to be quite respectful and on the up and up from the few video's I have watched. Wasnt really faulting him just explaining why my bud would have a spare ride along helper sometimes.
Throwing stuff around and stealing contents is not being respectful
@@adambennett1098 Unloading and stacking a sheds contents is way more respectful than the folks leaving it in there deserve honestly. Stealing and Throwing around? Nope we would film every minute of it and it was careful and done with thought for the owners who would other wise lose their belongings or have too get them from a locations dumpster. Nope I stand by our Work. The lack of respect is people who know the shed is going but they leave their stuff in an attempt too hinder the repo.

There are different types of productivity in the world. Manual/physical labor (like shed repos) is one type, teaching and educating (what they're doing now on the channel) is another. Both are valuable. Your comment comes across as a little judgmental and impolite.

Yes it actually makes it a little harder to maneuver but its not as hard on the shed.

Does the contents then become the property of the building owner company? Was just curious. Would suck to have to deal with all that stuff.
Instead of taking stuff out or taking it with, with a door like that why can't you raise it from the other side a little and let stuff fall out by gravity as it's pulled.

Why are people so obsessed with collecting so much crap around them? If you ain't actually using stuff, what's the point of collecting it? if they're using the shed as their dumpster I'm guessing it would be less expensive to rent a dumpster anyway. Certainly wrong of them to expect you to empty the shed for them!
How about this,you tell the company who owns the shed to come clean it out.its NOT part of your job then you will come get it.😊

The owners have a limited amount of time to remove their items from the shed if they so wish. If not, it’s the company’s discretion.
So say if my shed is full with golf cart, zero turn and tool box would they still be able to move it without taking everything out? I’m trying to get it moved to my property

I figure these shed repo's you're posting are old videos from before, but you might want to stick something in the title or video description indicating that these are older videos, or you'll continue to get tons of questions about whether or not you're doing repos again. Just a thought!
