Hard times are never hard when you aren't paying for loans on stuff you cant afford. you can get old sheds for free and fix them up for a few bucks with fresh wood. no reason to buy a new one. The area that guy is in, a brand new shed like that is prime theif material. the copper accents SCREAM "there's $$$$ in here". He would have been better off spending the money moving an abandoned garage off one of the vacant lots and plopping it on his yard, it would blend in and nobody would be any wiser.
At least the man didn't stand there and say he had spoken to a lawyer and was told that nobody had the right to come on his property once the shed had been set on his land 😂.
You are super good-hearted people, always patient, mannerly, and willing to offer a helping hand. It's much more difficult to maintain that attitude than to give in to the latter.
Hello from NW Oregon, You guys are such an inspiration. I love to see you and your bride working together. Its sad to see people lose things this way. but Shed Happens! As always, many prayers and blessings going your way.
Love the new truck brother!! I imagine it pulls the weight so much better than the one ton did! I think it’s a wise upgrade, but I’ve pulled large, heavy trailers all my life and always wanted something that wouldn’t struggle so bad in the hills and heavy loads. Good luck with it !!
Not sure it is new. It has been in videos before usually with someone else driving it. It was said to be uncomfortable to drive. Their FMC number shows they have a small fleet of trucks and perhaps he got the short end of the straw on this day.
@@straybullitt Watching from germany, its amazing how cheap fuel is in america. Actually, diesel cost around $8.5 a gallon (some places $9) in germany.

I don't know if it's true but I read in comments on a different channel that each viewer can change their settings to include closed captions. It might be worth trying it.
RUclips has cc built in, just have to switch it on in the settings. Mine is on top of screen on android. I constantly hit it on by accident, so I know it works
I was reading the About page and noticed in just over 4 years you have over 9,000,000 views! That shows you are definitely doing something right. I appreciate the dignity and kindness you have towards clients. Of course jerks can change the situation to a more firm approach but that is also part of the job. Thank you for sharing your journey. (New subbie.) I will not ask your location but I was wondering if you could suggest where to search for repo'd shed to purchase?
Go to any "Rent to own" or easy financing, shed sales lot in your area. I expect that most all the places that sell sheds repo some of them. This man seems to keep very busy delivering and repoing sheds in his area. Considering the economy all over the US, I would expect repositions everywhere. I follow some car guys on RUclips, and recently they say that car repos are way up and demand for new and used cars is slowing with the increase in interest rates. My feeling is that for the time being, cash is king, if you're going out to buy much of anything.
I've yet to see you have to remove ground anchors or earth augers. Must not be code where you are. Here in the hurricane belt, all portable structures have to have them installed upon delivery of the building. I bet that makes a repo just a bit more difficult.
Hope this new truck doesn't turn out to be too cumbersome for the job. It will take some getting use to and based on past videos it may prove to have limitations your lighter truck performed with ease. At any rate, I'm always pulling for you and enjoy your site.
Watching your videos always reminds me that if I don’t have the money to pay cash, I don’t need it. I did feel sorry for this guy, He’s been eking out a life, living in a shed. And now that’s gone. Along with his credit rating

I couldn't buy one of these shed if I didn't pay it right off. The interest on those things is almost criminal. Even when we did get one they wouldn't let us pay it right at the dealer we had to make 2 payments before we could give them the whole balance.
They are on the same level as payday loans, car title loans, and rent-to-own. They take advantage of the people living on the edge. I worked with a lady that fell into the trap of payday loans and car title loans. She would get a loan and then borrow from another place to pay on the first loan. She had her car repoed 2 times and skipped out on rent twice that I know of. Her husband was on disability and they were on food stamps and Medicaid . She said once that they had not paid rent in 18 months. Any time they got a few dollars the husband would buy video games, bikes, and computers.
A Mercedes in the ghetto? Bling, nice cars, but can't pay their loans. I wonder if they eat or just have an expensive car to look important instead. What a joke! God Bless you for remaining calm.
you definitely do a hard days work, not an easy job, but you meet all types and hope those who lose a shed will take this thought that next time pay the payment on time or pay in full. Life is not feee.
I see both sides of the fence as I used to repo automobiles and serve foreclosure notices. It is hard for the guy to give up something that he has made many payments on. And the bank also needs their money. When I used to run into situations like that I treated the client with dignity. Unless they are treating you like asshole, you treat them with the same respect. Nothing makes the situation worse then the repo guy going over there with a huge ego and being a jerk. Out of all the repo's I used to do, I can only remember a handful of times where the owner was a complete jerk. But nothing pisses a angry person off more then treating them kindly. They think that if they are in a bad mood, they will get you the same and then it leaves them with something to bitch to the bank about as they try and keep the vehicle. I have had a gun pulled on me, I have been run over by a car but I still tried to remain professional. Kill them with kindness I always said.
These shed companies have a racket. Not a big down, easy payment, miss one or two and it's repo. Then they can sell the used shed. The repo guy is just doing his job. And this one is nicer than most I've see. People, don't be pressured by salesmen who could care less. Only buy what you can afford.
Well I'll say one thing for that old boy, that's one of the cleaner sheds I've seen you repo.
