I agree! His little remote control fork lift gadget is amazing😁. When I was young we had to use lots of hydraulic bottle jacks and it took days to do this😆. Technology has come a long way👍.

I'm not sure why but these shed people for some reason give me the same feeling as used car sales men and slimy lawyers and pawn shops ... I'm not just wanting to be hateful .. it just seems slimey and greasy to me ... I guess partly it's because I know what it takes to frame up and sheet 4 walls on a deck with a roof ... lol one guy with a hammer and a saw can build one in less than a week .. I have done it personally and not even with all new lumber ... so when I see they get 7 and 8 thousand dollars for a shed with sheathing and shingles .. and they don't even need the cost of permits ... it seem high ...

Same with furniture..id rather wait and buy what I want ir get a table set at a yard sale. Its paid for. As long as people pay those prices they will cost that much. Then katee when they realize how much they paid for how long some can't pay or stop paying. It looks like this shed house was only a couple months old by the looks of it.

Amen ! We now downsized into a 5th wheel and i love it ! If you do buy one too turn into a tiny home just remember the ventilation. Mold will take over and fast ! I have a friend who has one and it is beautiful. They did the insulation, wrapped it well, put in several vents and no issues with mold. The savings on heating and air conditioning, electric is amazing. The 5th wheel we bought (after renting out our 2 houses) takes me 30 minutes too clean and i love that. Not a hard choice once our sons left the nest.
Looks like they were trying to heat it with unvented propane heaters. Even if carbon monoxide isn't a problem, the humidity they put in the air is probably what caused their mold.
They had it sitting damn near directly on the ground. Not enough ventilation between the building & ground. Factor that with what you said and mold would be the least of their problems.
Not to mention the smell these heaters emit when any kind of spray, candles, or solvents are introduced into the room where they are readily combusted by the unvented flame. I used one once, removed it after a month.
The roughest one I saw you do was the one you had to take through a big field,,, they had a gate up,,, they were nice to you but I didn’t think you were gonna make it,,,, it was a long way through the brambles after you got it through the gate in the field,,,, The Mule was a mess after that one.
I have no idea how they did this moving these buildings around but this was beyond what I thought could be done by one person a truck and some strange little machines. Awesome
We paid cash for our repoed same size with 3 lofts and finished the inside the past owner started (city ordinance that such was not allow in back yards :)! ) We insulated put in power air and portable heat …wooden floors! Now my she cabin for business …4 years now and no mold! Got it cheap! Best deal ever! Saved on storage renting and warehouse storage!

I had a similar wireless remote control for my 17 ton boom truck, it was incredibly handy. I've picked a number of smaller sheds with my current 30 ton rig, the big problem getting the rigging underneath, and then having to shim out so the mansard roof overhang doesn't get crushed as the rigging tensioned. BUT, I can set them over fence etc., lines, where a roll of rig like you're can't. I had one job where it, the shed, turned out to be a little girl's playhouse, and as I was lifting it over the house she was watching and bawling her eyes out! Her parent's reassured me it was all good, as she was getting some other toy even better.
Buddy has one of those trailers he did some work to , works slick for getting old cars and trucks . Kind of pricey but man it makes stuff easy. .you got a hell of a set up.

People always look bewildered when stuff they don't pay for gets repossessed. Really? Don't pay for it and what, they just give it to you? Housing, food, transportation then everything else you can pay for. Housing is the very first thing you should pay for. You can eat really cheap if you have to, not the best, but really cheap if you must.
@Ricoville a repossession is a repossession is a repossession. They are going to have an extremely hard time getting something to replace it for something they most likely caused themselves. As others have pointed out, unvented propane heaters is the most likely cause. Those "sheds" aren't built from the factory to live in, unless bought that way in the first place. Housing is difficult, at best, to build right for the climate you are in. A whole sub-division near me was condemned because the builder was from up north and just figured he could do the same thing in the south. Mold city.
Only if the truck was controlled by remote. Then you'll be able to pull up the the job site, open your lawn chair, take a seat and get to work! Sweet setup and great work!

Everybody wants the freedom of home ownership when they see the monthly cost can be so cheap, but things get real when the maintenance costs start giving them the first tests of their capability to defend and protect that freedom. The freedom does exist, but it comes with its own costs.
@@picolascage8123 These pre-fab sheds go for a pretty penny. Size- and design-wise, I'd put this one in the ballpark of $20,000. Not a lot of people have that kind of dough on hand for a cash buy.
Guy here wants 1800 to move a building 30 ‘ in my yard. It’s only 8x10. I moving it myself using a come along and wheels and pvc. I’m half way there. It’s slow but worth saving the money. I would of gladly paid 500. Easily a 15 minute job. He’s only about 10 miles away.
I was paying on a shed that I needed moved about 100 ft. Called the people who financed it and asked them to move it. Quoted me 500. I said I’ll pay 200 or you can come repo it. They moved it for 200. Good outcome.
@@becinala I built this one. He has no skin in the game. I wasn’t sure it would hold together since I didn’t build it to be moved. Luckily I tend to overbuild. It’s glued and screwed together. Everything is pressure treated except the plywood sides.
This property and this building are a lot cleaner and more well kept than others you have repoed. Sad to see it go, but no pay, no stay. Housing should be paid for first. Sad to see all their prized possessions sitting in a pile.
I know right... I always had some jack rabbit in my face when I was repoing their vehicles. One time on an Indian reservation, by the time the 5 tribal officers and and 1 county deputy got there it was 15 around me and I was bleeding; but I still got the SUV!!!
