    Shed Repo?
Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on payments and
if they fail to make their payments the shed rightfully belongs to the finance company, the buyer signs a contract giving the finance company permission to retrieve their asset if they don't make their payments.
I understand hard times happen to people and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,
If you can't pay you can always voluntarily return the shed which many people do.
    Then there is this...
“Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it.”
    ― Albert Einstein

I have a friend who has one and it is beautiful. They did the insulation, wrapped it well, put in several vents and no issues with mold. The savings on heating and air conditioning, electric is amazing. The 5th wheel we bought (after renting out our 2 houses) takes me 30 minutes too clean and i love that. Not a hard choice once our sons left the nest.

I'm not just wanting to be hateful .. it just seems slimey and greasy to me ... I guess partly it's because I know what it takes to frame up and sheet 4 walls on a deck with a roof ... lol one guy with a hammer and a saw can build one in less than a week .. I have done it personally and not even with all new lumber ... so when I see they get 7 and 8 thousand dollars for a shed with sheathing and shingles .. and they don't even need the cost of permits ... it seem high ...

I had a similar wireless remote control for my 17 ton boom truck, it was incredibly handy. I've picked a number of smaller sheds with my current 30 ton rig, the big problem getting the rigging underneath, and then having to shim out so the mansard roof overhang doesn't get crushed as the rigging tensioned. BUT, I can set them over fence etc., lines, where a roll of rig like you're can't. I had one job where it, the shed, turned out to be a little girl's playhouse, and as I was lifting it over the house she was watching and bawling her eyes out! Her parent's reassured me it was all good, as she was getting some other toy even better.

People always look bewildered when stuff they don't pay for gets repossessed. Really? Don't pay for it and what, they just give it to you? Housing, food, transportation then everything else you can pay for. Housing is the very first thing you should pay for. You can eat really cheap if you have to, not the best, but really cheap if you must.

@Ricoville a repossession is a repossession is a repossession. They are going to have an extremely hard time getting something to replace it for something they most likely caused themselves. As others have pointed out, unvented propane heaters is the most likely cause. Those "sheds" aren't built from the factory to live in, unless bought that way in the first place. Housing is difficult, at best, to build right for the climate you are in. A whole sub-division near me was condemned because the builder was from up north and just figured he could do the same thing in the south. Mold city.

That's so cool love your rig can't wait to see more of it in action . That's so cool that you don't have to be on the machine to control that's going to come in real Handy

That's a cool little tool, 20 year's ago I would build something like that for the people that sold them on customers property in Virgina. That would have been nice to rent.

That was awesome I didn't know they made some BADASS machines like that, sucks the people who had the little house lost it, but we don't know the circumstances. Your paid to do a job and the equipment isn't cheap. I'd say your cost per day operation is $200 daily just to keep your head above water.

Even if he owned the equipment outright, $200 per day wouldn't possibly cover taxes, fuel, licensing, insurance, and maintenance.

Only if the truck was controlled by remote. Then you'll be able to pull up the the job site, open your lawn chair, take a seat and get to work! Sweet setup and great work!

Nice work. You gotta get some leather conditioner on your work boots bud. They look beyond dry. Last longer and feel better.
