- video no. 1 • How To BRAINWASH Yours... just a quick disclaimer, I just researched this guy (Joe), and I'd be cautious when browsing through his work. I appreciate some of the knowledge he's got to offer, but I just always will be sceptical whenever someone says that you can fully heal yourself through just thought alone. Now THAT'S woo woo.

my current goal is to take better care of my mental health. i keep collapsing into those depressive episodes, panic attacks, procrastination. if i want to achieve my biggest goals i have to prioritize honoring my emotions as well as internal needs.

I saw a video on New Years resolutions, I think it was from CGP Grey. Hard goals are hard to achieve, and they are easier to procrastinate on. Ideas and themes are easier to stick to. During 2021, I made good on my resolution to be a better man, even if it was just a little. Next year, I will learn to be a better lover.

Personally I was never great with new year's resolutions. Never could keep them up no matter how simple they were.
My current plan is to focus on my long term life goal and lifelong dream. I've been putting it off and pushing it for later for far too many years now. It's like I have this main mission in mind but I get far too easily distracted with side missions... Don't get me wrong, all those side goals made me who I am now and got me where I am and I would not have done it any differently but I think it's time to focus on my prime objective in life.
It is to move permanently to Ireland, buy a piece of land with a friend of mine and start a self sustainable animal sanctuary.
Once we're up and running (in a few years...or so :D ) you're more than welcome to pop in for a visit if you'd like to :D

Hi Kat! Thank you for the awesome content you're creating. I have been following you for over a year now. Regarding the goals - I am afraid to set any specifically as new year's resolutions. I am currently dealing with depression and trying to end a relationship with an avoidant person who is not giving me any love or support. I am definitely in a limbo of fears and negative emotions, but I try to make small changes. I try to exercise at home at least 3 times a week, I see friends and try to eat relatively healthy. Right now, it only feels like a temporary distraction from the big black cloud above my head, but I hope I will eventually have the strength to do what's best for me. All the best to you. Looking forward to your videos 😊

My goal for 2022 is to left my shitty job and start doing things that make me happy which is creating any kind of art, photography especially, maybe even filming 🤷🏼♀️ even though it means less money, also I want to just get better (anxiety disorder and depression) and your videos helped me realize that I may have problems and what are they so thank you and can't wait for new videos this year! I hope this year is gonna be great for you :)

Anxiety is like a quiet stream of water that turns into a raging river in an instant. It happens in an instant and takes a long time to subside. For me, anxiety has been a major life-long foe. HSPs and Empaths are cursed.

Talking about goals... I am glad to have started therapy to treat my kind of social anxiety. For the moment, I have a nice job but I am still stuck talking with people, being confident, the real me is hidden all the time. I am constantly thinking that I can belong to others, I am less than them to communicate, as an alien. I feared that it becomes me forever through times that's why I have started to see someone and get action!
I was like you. Im about to make an update video on my social anxiety… it took a few years but I’m in a better place now. :)

For 2022, I have plans to:
- never let the panic attacks come back
- finish the divorce case to be free from the person who made me feel so bad
- explore myself further, I hid with cross-dressing for a long time, I feel great with how I feel myself at the moment
- enjoy life
- work on your own physicality and psyche
Thanks for all the movies, sometimes it lifted me up a lot. I didn't feel 'alone' with my problem. They are told in such a pleasant form that it is easier to comprehend them in more difficult moments.

While I have sympathy for your mental health issues I have to say that you are a very lucky woman but don't seem to know it yourself though. I suggest you look up a clinical psychologist called Jordan Peterson, on RUclips, be doesn't podcasts about many of the issues you mention. However, he comes to the conclusion that Life is Hard and people, in the West, have it really easy compared to somewhere like Africa or Asia. Anyway, check him out.
