I cam back and put the newest firmware on it and the learning functions we even better. Shifts like a dream. Customer called today just to thank me.
Could you do a video on the Advance Tuning software with the jackpot system dialing in the VE tables and setting up spark tables ect? I think that would be helpful for a lot of folks interested in this system since the resources are limited.
I am covering the basics before I start diving deep. What you wanna see first? It’s all on the list but I have seen more quick shifting transmission stuff needing the info out there.
@actionvulture5251 I've got the base tune down but just looking for more detailed info on how to actually take the learn tables and transfer that Info into the VE table. Essentially a deep dive on how to actually tune within the software rather than rely on the learning function.

Found out that the harness wont support 09 4l60 i swapped valvebody and wiring from 08 and it worked fine
Well, I purchased a Killshot and now I’m in the process of consuming all the videos you have made. Thank you so much for the info. I had planned to continue to use my msd 60143 to handle spark just because I am also on the older side and want to stay with the things I understand. Am I correct that I will be using the grey tach in on the kill shot, connected to the msd tach out?
Depending on how it is set up. If you want to keep using your MSD with that timing curve it will be the grey wire tach in. Set as cdi in the wizard.

I’d like to see a video demonstrating 5” display with Jackpot. Setting up and displaying oil and fuel pressure.
I am waiting on the 7” dash but I am working on a whole stack of diag videos using the HH on different systems.
Is there any way to wire up the factory gauges to the setup and correct speedo accuracy and such? Looking to do this setup on my 90’ suburban with a 5.3/4L60E swap and really wanting to use the factory gauges. The speedo is electronic on the 90’ and all the other gauges just used sensors. You think there’s a way I can make this work? ACES’s website isn’t very clear on this and just acts like it can’t be done and that is why they have the display to monitor stuff
I used the factory VCM in my Taheo to give me most of my gauges. And to control the 4l60e.
Hey Action, got a Killshot on a Buick 455 with a fair cam. I've been running the thing for a little over 2 weeks now. I only have one issue with it. Whenever I accelerate or deccelerate too fast in first or second gear, the car start stuttering and the RPM is jumping from, say, 2000 to 2200 rpm. It does so up until I accelerate a little more, or when I completely leave my foot off the pedal to deccelerate.
Anything I can do in the fuel tab to help this? Or perhaps in AFR? The system is still on learning mode btw.
Besides this I am really enjoying the system.

You might try to clear out the learning data and upgrade to newer firmware. If you got older stuff in there the learn table is different. It used to be by percent now it does it more accurate by using ms or pw. They are fixing to drop the new new firmware I got to try today and it has the reading for oil pressure active. Get that new firmware and run through the wizard and see if that helps. Let me know
@@actionvulture5251 Thanks for the heads up. I fixed 95% of my issue using working in the tabs, but I'll gladly update the system. Will the update with oil pressure include the possibility to display fuel pressure as well?
You need to buy injector adapters for the injectors? These systems only come w/ EV6 injector ends right?
My friend made a ev1 harness for this but yeah Amazon adapters is what I used on my truck. It was like 20 bucks.
Which wire does the vss wire connect to on the tail sensor of the 60?
On the speed sensor. Unless you have a transfer case then it goes to the tail housing of the transfer case
Can You use the Killshot with a Baumann quick shift 2 transmission controller, The controller needs the tps signal wire for monitoring for the trans speed sensor thanks for your time....
I split the killshot TPs sensor wire for a controller and it lost its mind. Made cursing unstable and idle erratic. When you split that signal you either a rail to rail op amp so it don’t back feed or a separate TPs sensor in line of the cable. Summit gots them.

@@MrBlk87you can try it. I have never done that brand yet but if it only is a break out jumper you may have some TPs signal issues

Just got one of these and swapping from a terminator x! Drawing a blank on the power_en wire to alternator its say it gives 12v to alternator for power do i need a resistor pigtail or is the system already set up abd i can terminate the wire and play?
Yeah you gonna want that resistor on that thing.
I really want them to have that pig tail in the box too. I will push for it for future stuff.
So how hard is it to install this compared to the terminator x also can I still use a turbo 400 with this set up
Easier install really and you can use it on a turbo 400
5.3 lm4. I have 60 lbs injectors, intake. 60 lbs fuel pump, Texas speed monster cam, lifters, rods, springs. Would this work for me?
It should be fine. Just make sure to adjust you fuel pressure settings in the hand held
Also noticed there is only a MAP sensor and no MAF sensor. Does aces not use a MAF sensor?
I ant getting spark on mine changed the crank sensor but nothing
Try the newest firmware in case it is a cam sensor issue

@@actionvulture5251 never knew to set the VSS percentages not sure if I feel the shit in the trans when I’m supposed to, the folks in the Aces group told me it’s more to just setting the perimeters in the jackpot handheld

You can always send a email and video to tech support. No 3rd could be a bad wire or a stuck check ball in your separator plate.
Anyway I could contact you would like to pick someone's brain who has done this system. Having small issues with mine and im struggling breaking the terminator x mindset lol
