Great review man! I would likely use this with my Levergym cable pulldown so it looks like it may be too short to get full ROM. I appreciate the info!
Yeah ROM will be difficult, I know HGHR did a review awhile back and he used his bench in the decline position and was able to get a full ROM with his lever gym so it’s possible.
Bro these look absolutely awesome. I hate that the titan lat/low row is not taller😩 I will have to live vicariously through you on this one bro!
You really do need like a Rogue unit to get a full ROM because even the Prime Single Stack is just shy of a few inches from being able to as well. The short bar is useful for any handle though so it’s something to consider and it’s only $65 so it might be an easy sell with the wife!!
@@GoreckiFit yea and I am 6’3 so it’s already tough. I have rogue tastes and a Titan wallet😂 I actually just bought a new lat bar because the wide grip is so angled that I can’t get a good stretch with it. The new one should be better (hopefully)!

Appreciate this thorough and honest review. Question. I just got a Freemotion dual cable machine. The only thing I never liked about cable machines is when doing certain movements the cable runs along and hits your arm and/or wrist. Will the offset of these fix that? Tyvm.
So the cable shouldn’t hit your wrist/arms as much but depending on what exercise, the frame of this handle where the carabiner connects to it will and that could be uncomfortable depending on how much weight your using.
I've just ordered but I will get a shorter ring and clip the handles or clip the handles to one of the other holes,, that will solve the ROM as your right they hang to Low but just got to get creative.. Good video 👌🏾

Just a bar used so you can add your own handles and change up the length of handle placement when doing your exercises.
