Thanks for this. I’ve been using Mag Grips for a couple of years. Been hearing great things about the Prime handles.
I have a few MAGs as well as a Prime 4n1 and their spreader bar. I use the MAGs most. I gave the Prime 4n1 a good run, but with heavier weights the plastic grips just don't stay as secure in my hands as MAGs rubberized grips. I do really like the spreader bar, though, for triceps work and face pulls mostly, where I'm not working very heavy.
It was between 4 mag grips or the prime ROT8 bundle. I went with the mag grips, and will be buying some small shackles to put in the mag grip holes so the carabiner won't get stuck. However I do have the Prime KAZ handles and bring them to the gym with me, those handles are great. Good content bro
Thanks Matt! Appreciate you! Mag grips are great too!
Appreciate your channel and the thorough reviews! I'm debating between the two and would like to know if there is a difference in the width of the mag grip vs the prime in the appropriate setting? Prime medium says 20" and Mag medium says 22" and curious if you noticed a difference.
After a couple years which do you prefer, the mag grips or prime fitness?
1st video I watched of yours. Good review! I'll watch more of your vids! Have you or anyone else tried the Amazon knock off versions of these??
Thank you for your compliment Don! I have not tried the amazon knock offs.
I tried the Amazon knock offs of the Prime ones. The paddle size mostly hurt my hands.
Your gym is so freaking cool! lol
Thank you Alex!
I have the Mags, now I want to upgrade to prime. Love your content and such a cool gym
Glad to hear it! Both are great. Really appreciate the comment bro!
I've the Chinese copies of the RO-T8 handles. Do the original RO-T8 handles also have the problem that the grip-coating gets cracks and starts ripping off ? ... also see already dents from my fingers in one of the handles ... the coating not just rips apart but also it rubs off into plastic sand.
I also have the MAG grips at home ... the coating is really high quality and this problem does not exist there.
Thanks in advance !
What brand shoes are you wearing? I was looking for those or something similar!
I am wearing Vibram 5 fingers. If you are wanting a discount link I will provide that below😁

Price on these skyrocketed. I get that they’re adjustable so each bar is neutral, pro, and sup, at any angle, but 200 for one bar now compared to 60 for a mag and even less for a knockoff mag.
I have both the Mags and the Prime.
Which one do you like more?
@@StrictVisionAthletics Mags all day long! Primes are now for display only lol
What’s the price in these?
$125 for a pair
Looking at your build man you dont even need half of that stuff. Lol
Sorry dude, I love the old one better
Seems like a good product. I just wish Prime hadn’t married themselves to that god-awful lime green color, that has become part of their identity. 🤮
I understand that😂 I kinda like it tho… but also look at my gym lol
That green is awful . I went with the Mags, and love them.
@@gariejoyce5263 they have most of their stuff in black now. Including these.
