Can't you get the same effect if you open your hands Instead of gripping them on regular handles? Regardless they are on my list.
Lol Never mind I bought the rot8 handles and they are absolutely of the highest quality game changers. You won't realize what he talks about until you actually use them. Now everything he says makes sense. For a standing cable chest press it actually feels like the weight is in front of you because the way your palms are positioned. Crazy good!
