- Join me for a 30 minute pilates mini ball workout. This session has standing pilates leg work as well as challenging core work on the mat. A thigh and ab burner! 🔥 But don't worry there will be options to take it up or down a level to suit you. A great class to add to your weekly workout!

Lovely work out. It was a challenge for me, could not do all the exercises with the same challenge level, but enjoyed it a lot :)
Wow, very challenging! Right side ataxia and lack of balance nerve on right side made some moves very difficult, I might not be able to do safely, but great for my left side, I even managed to lean on the ball for left side stretches, and swinging leg front to back!🥵🥵 and fabulous ab and thigh workout for everyone!

Not sure I’m ready for this one, but I have a question: I always thought that legs in tabletop position would have the shins parallel to the floor (knees bent at 90 degrees). But your legs are always more pointed upward and not parallel to to floor. So is it better to have legs pointed upward or is it okay to have knees bent in a more 90 degree angle? Thanks for the clarification.
Hi JoAnne, You are completely right- shins parallel to the floor. I can't see myself so it's one of those habits I correct when I have the benefit of a mirror or remember! The dancer in me naturally lifts the legs and points the toes 🤗I'm always busy thninking about the class, what I'm saying and what is coming next so my form can shift! But yes, parallel if it feels ok for you 😊
HI, Rachel, While I am always a fan of variety, I think this particular routine was just too much for me. I think I will leave this one to the younger generation!
Not a good session for me for today, only second time doing this one, don’t have energy or strength for some movements, just too challenging right now. I’ll have to try again after my medical treatments are over…🥵 I’ll need to stick to the gentler sessions for a bit!
