  • This 60 minutes Pilates Mini Ball Workout will work your inner core and add variety to your home Pilates routine. The mini stability ball or pilates ball will enable you to access your deep core muscles, help you improve your posture by challenging your stability to your movements and create more length in the body. The ball will also give you tactile feedback on some traditional exercises (such as rolling like a ball) to set you up for successful execution.     Hi Mira! I'll be doing your mini ball pilates workout practicing engaging my core. It is really nice to do this pilates with mini ball since I have postpartrum belly (DIASTASIS RECTI) i hope this workout helps me to improve my core..

    Beautiful session. Good instructor. If you're cold and cannot afford to keep the heating on do this and others and you will soon get warm. Then take a hot water bottle to bed.

    Really great! The ball made most of the moves harder e.g. Pelivc Curl, Bridge, and the awesome variation rolling the leg on the ball out-and-back; but putting the ball behind the back made the sequence with Single Leg Stretch, CrissCross, etc. gentler. The ball was great at engaging my muscles e.g. the inner thighs, hamstrings. The sequence in Quadraped position was intense! with the ball behind the leg. Thank you!

    Hi Mira,
    just have to tell you that I am using the first 35-40 min. of this one as my daily PT, as I am seriously working on strengthening hamstrings, quads and glutes following some bad knee issues. In combination with daily pedaling on my hometrainer, I am making great progress, so thank you so very much!

      Yes sorry Gabriela, this is an intermediate class. Keep practicing the beginner classes, once they start to feel easy and you have mastered the movements, then come back to this class again. You will see how far you have come 💖💪

    Very good workout but this is definitely not intermediate. There is no single moment to rest and each exercise gets harder and harder while you think you're almost done with it.
