- This 60 minutes Pilates Mini Ball Workout will work your inner core and add variety to your home Pilates routine. The mini stability ball or pilates ball will enable you to access your deep core muscles, help you improve your posture by challenging your stability to your movements and create more length in the body. Really great! The ball made most of the moves harder e.g. Pelivc Curl, Bridge, and the awesome variation rolling the leg on the ball out-and-back; but putting the ball behind the back made the sequence with Single Leg Stretch, CrissCross, etc. gentler. The ball was great at engaging my muscles e.g. the inner thighs, hamstrings. The sequence in Quadraped position was intense! with the ball behind the leg. Thank you!

Yes sorry Gabriela, this is an intermediate class. Keep practicing the beginner classes, once they start to feel easy and you have mastered the movements, then come back to this class again. You will see how far you have come 💖💪

Very good workout but this is definitely not intermediate. There is no single moment to rest and each exercise gets harder and harder while you think you're almost done with it.
Unfortunately these class is booorrrriiiing bc most exercises targeting only abs. And it’s not interesting to train them for 30 mins and another half all body(
