He would look like crap in this era as he would take also the gear of this era....his rock hardness and waist wouldn't look the same...he would have more of a water filled muscle look etc....He didn't need to be bigger looked perferct.

Master Frank Zane...is insane. The way he developed...I had nothing but admiration for Zane. I had most my schooldays wall covered with his poses. Years later it was Sly Stallion. Hah. As far I am concerned, Arnold Schweiznegger wasn't an issue...hah Zane as History says it. Frank was the Man. He became World Champion at age of 59years of age...Brilliant. Brilliant. I don't think there many nowadays who could beat that feat...Hahaa...

1:25 Isn't 3 on 1 off 6 times a week?
A week is basically 8 days instead of 7 for him, which is not that much different from 6 training days out of 7 days...
3 days on 1 day off suggesting he trains 3/4 of the year and 6 times a week is suggesting 6/7 times of the year so 21/28 and 24/28 so that is a big difference
