Guys I started this workout on 20/05/22 with dieting and I was weighing 101kg .but I weighed myself on 3/06/22 and I am now 92kg ....I lost 9kg.🥰...I already memorized the songs and the moves🤣....
I am starting this workout on 28/2/2023 and with this I am also doing 30 min aerobics and 200 skippings...my current weight is 63 kg and I will post my progress on 5/3/2023 Day 1: ✅️ Day 2: ✅️ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: only did aerobics Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ So tbh I couldn't really weigh myself but I actually felt a bit lighter than before...I couldn't really keep up with it because of highschool but I am gonna start it again Start date: 20/3/2023 Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ I am starting kind of like a diet...I am gonna follow a 12 hour rule and will eat fruits and salad before eating and will only eat rice at night Day 3: ✅ + 200 skippings Day 4: ✅️ + 200 skippings Day 5: BREAK Day 6: ✅️ Day 7: ✅️

Тогда организм не будет видеть стресс и станет отдавать лишние килограммы. А если есть мало калорий - вы замедляете метаболизм и вводите организм в состояние стресса. В таком случае вес обычно надолго останавливается или даже начинает расти. Но потом, когда вы неизбежно срываетесь и начинаете есть нормально - вес просто летит вверх, а похудеть становится еще сложнее, ибо метаболизм замедлен. И нужно потом это дело постепенно разгонять, короче, процесс длительный и нерадостный. Поэтому лучше не снижать калории (есть на уровне ~ 1800-2200кк), а добавлять активность. Тогда вы будете не только стройны, но и здоровы! 🙏❤️

I think I can help you I tried this workout it worked try to have half of everything thing you eat and try to not have a lot of sugar if you can't help it at some point put a limit of the amount of sugar you can have.
