Today is my first day trying this. I felt a burn in my legs and nothing in my stomach. Anyone else experiencing this? Maybe I'm doing them wrong. Edit: I'm going on 3 weeks of doing this and i can really tell a difference. It took me about a week to learn the moves and feel it in my stomach. Don't give up you beautiful ladies, you're stronger than you know!
I also felt the same on my first three days and I got more back pain then only I noticed the proper way of doing in there they told us to take the belly in and out but due to my over weight and postpartum I couldn't do that so I tied my belly in middle with a shawl and tried that from that day onwards I felt my tummy is working with some exercise and my hip and my upper tummy is getting painful after workout.
Im doing this exercise 3 months already and i seen a lot of improvement in my body shape, i feel healthy and energetic im doing this exercise every otherday sometimes 3 times a week without diet im continue doing this exercise even after work, from Philippines 🙂
It's my third day today, and I feel like I'm getting a hang of all the exercises, I'm currently 52kgs and will update you in a week 😁 23:41 Update i did not lose any kilos. However, i did lose 4 inches off my waist. Will update again in a months time 😁
@@monicabanda3096 I lost 3kg. We did the exercise every other day and mixed it up with other Kiat Jud Dai exercises. And this was without diet. Overall, definitely a great workout. My sister paused halfway through but still lost some weight ❤️

day 1 I'm 62. I lost a lot of weight doing martial arts. But after menopause and change in martial style plus stress from work I gained it back. I am now retired and will be all over this one.
The other day I started but stopped after 3 exercises but then this morning I was determined and I did all of them but I did take 2 min break after each not gonna lie ,but I'm proud of myself yessss

Проверила сегодня измерила живот 98см, после этой тренировки живот 96см, правда недоконца минут делала как уже сил нету и выносливости, раньше другие делала упражнения но все ноль результат тоже поначалу недоконца, а потом когда разработалась уже могла по 3 подхода делать, я давно делала пресс, пресс чувствовался но живот казался большим неуходил хотя диета соблюдалась, щас наткнулась на китайский метод и комменты положительные, хотя я ещё вчера тренировалась, вроде упражнения простые с виду, но тяжело для начала делать чувствуешь как все тело горит, и живот кажется после тренировки напряжённым, а при упражнения я уже нечувствую его напрягаю я его или нет, ладно посмотрю может на следующей неделе легче станет вырабатывать выносливость.
