Chia Pudding with Yogurt

  • Chia seeds are super healthy and filled with omega-3, fiber and protein. This chia pudding recipe uses yogurt and milk. It is so easy to make. It is creamy, satisfying and delicious ~ a perfect healthy breakfast or afternoon snack.
    Ingredients for 1 or 2 servings
    2 tablespoons (25 g) chia seeds
    1/2 cup (120 ml) milk of your choice
    1/2 cup (4 oz) yogurt of your choice
    1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey/ sugar for sweetener)
    Fresh fruits/ nuts/ granola for topping
    ~ Combine chia seeds, milk, yogurt, and sweetener in a jar. Stir and cover. Store in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight until the texture becomes softer and creamier. Put your favorite toppings and enjoy! ~
