    I have already ordered online from iHerb some vitamins & other supplements & I am delighted with all the items & delivery as promised. I am 74 yrs old from Philippines. I have started again eating chia seeds soaked overnight in the fridge with mineral water or milk, using only 2tbsps cs to 1 cup water or liquid & top it on oatmeal for breakfast, mix in fruit smoothie & frozen yoghurt adding roasted (on pan) walnuts or almonds, pumpkin seeds, raisins & occasionally, frozen bluberries or mixed berries. Hope to get good results in lowering my high cholesterol after couple of weeks.

Tonight I left off the cashew butter and coconut flakes because it's pretty heavy before bed. This really is delicious and I just chia seeds I put them in my tea, yogurt and anything I can think of.

    Personal tip:
    Don't the full amount of milk as the mixture becomes very gooey and thick. Add some of the liquid at the time of eating.

    What's the diference between a black chia seed and a white chia seed? Also, what is the best vegetable milk to use in your opinion?

    • @Simplyquinoa
      @Simplyquinoa  5 лет назад +11

      No difference aside from the color! And I think then best milk is subjective. It’s up to what you have access to, what’s affordable, what you like, etc!

    A good quick tip
    If u want the chia to swell up in no time
    Warm up your liquid/milk before mixing it with chia seeds.
    Work wonders✨✨✨

    Chia seeds suck up a lot of water so I don't recommend eating it very often but it can be a good treat once in a while.If you want to eat it more often then I recommend you to drink more water

    Mix in a bowl chia seeds and protein shake, just enough of the shake to mix in for a pudding, use chocolate flavor protein and it's like a chocolate moose once it sets. You can add raspberries and top with Greek yogurt 👍♥️
