But I'm feeling a little too confident so I am adding 20 russian twist. Also, thank you for this video, IDK how I would do this without you!!!

I do other yt fitness trainers exercises but that really doesn't work for me but when i started this workout I see a lot of difference in my body. Thankyou tingting☺️ I love you so muchh ❤ you did a really great job keep going!
At first I was doing what was in the video but later on I decided to mix things up, so I was doing: 25 star jumps and then 25 burpees and I kept repeating that 4 times and after that I did the other things normally and I noticed that this helped. I noticed it also helped with doing the workout faster and it was way easier.

I do this workout occasionally if I’m just trying to get in a quick workout. But when I do it, instead of doing 100 jumping jacks and then the 4x25 burpees, I alternate them since you have to do 100 of each. So I’ll do 25 jumping jacks and then 25 burpees, and then 25 jumping jacks and 25 burpees again, so on an so forth until I’ve done 100 of each. It makes it a bit easier for me personally. When I tried to do it the regular way it seemed so much more difficult lmao
So, this randomly got recommended to me (as someone who never does exercise since I'm mainly doing desk work with writing) but I do have some time on my hands now, so I figured why not try this... Oh boy did I underestimate how hard this was. I'm only one day in, but I managed to do: x100 Jumping Jacks ✅ x40 Burpees ❗ (my calves and thighs were already on fire after the jumping jacks so I could not continue with my legs XD) x20 Plank up and downs ☑ (on knees coz my thighs refused to cooperate.) x20 plank twists ✅ (finally my thighs calmed down enough so I could go on my toes for this one, but I was ded after this again. 1min Knee plank (since I felt like my core wasn't under too much stress compared to my legs. I know I failed, but kudo's to you and for anyone who can do this. This was my first time ever working out. I'll try again tomorr- actually maybe the next day haha.
omg ur doing so well for first time!! I think most people unless they're super fit and exercise everyday can't do this on first attempt and have to build up to it. you have my respect!!

UPDATE: I ended up just doing a 30minute workout and trying to get as much done in that time frame as possible. I managed x100 JJ's x60 Burpees x25 Leg Raises (i impulsively did these while laying down haha.) x20 Jump Squats. My legs are like jelly right now, but I'm glad I managed to improve.

THE BURPEES🤬🤬🤬70 burpees and i’m done like whenever i do 5 i take 40 sec to rest, they are so annoying🙄and i’m panting heavily while sweating as if i ran a whole marathon update: it’s been 11 days and i got pretty good results and i’m satisfied at first it was so hard but now i’m ok with just don’t give up😁
It won’t change this fast unfortunately😂our bodies are built to maintain an equilibrium. but you will see results if u try for one month and longer. It’s really about finding a way to do it for a long time (and that I mean years), not do it intensely for a short period. Most important thing is Take it easy!! don’t have to do everyday and don’t even have to do diet. I recommend actually not weighing yourself but measure your waist line etc, take photos which is more accurate. Our weight changes depending on lots of factors like water retention, food and menstrual cycle. I swear you will see results if you find way to keep going 😭

do you mean day or night? i think whenever you feel like doing exercise, i do this in the morning! but science tend to suggest 2-6pm, which is my nap time....
i don't recommend doing it daily for most people. If you're a beginner try 1-3 times a week, then when you feel more comfortable (less sore the next day for example) you can start increasing the frequency :)
I’m eating normally. my normal looks like - brunch - yoghurt, granola and fruited. Dinner - whatever I want mostly Asian dish. And if I’m hungry I snack on candy, bread etc. i also dance, walk and stretch so I don’t have to worry too much about eating. Hope this helps!
hmm i wouldn't say this workout targets posture, but if you do it with a good form you it will help!! with posture I really recommend doing barre workouts btw
YES!! but need to be patient, I'd promote no diet and slowly build up to this intensity (eg only do 20 burpees etc)! if you enjoy this workout and keep going you will definitely get stronger and see results!
it'd be overall body. btw fat loss is always whole body, we actually can't target particular body part for fat loss, but we can tone a particular part.
my tip would be -- go at your own pace AT ALL COST and ENJOY IT!! for me I prioritise consistency over everything. if I feel lazy, then I allow myself to do parts of the workout whatever make me feel like i've done my part for the day. don't ever blame yourself or call yourself lazy if you're tired or just don't feel like it. take rests or go for a massage when you need :) hope this helps.

as for losing fat we can't actually lose fat on a target area, but this workout will sure tone your thighs and calves by building muscles there mostly cuz the burpees and squats. if you want skinnier thighs and calves, keep doing this workout, eat healthy and make sure to stretch for long leg result not bulky.
As a fellow Aussie, we got too much misinformation in fitness. You're better off getting your abs in the kitchen with safe caloric restriction. Also more effective exercise to burn calories
hiii, yea healthy diet definitely helps. i had quit low fat already before but my abs weren't that toned, i found this exercise really helps me burning more fat and getting more toned abs, though i'm still in my 1 month trying 😂

Carbs are actually vital for energy, health and maintaining a healthy diet. Instead of carbs, cutting out majority of sugar you usually eat is better as it would have many more benefits. I try le Sserafim workout too and my arms are DEAD and the 100 burpees is just not possible (and is only day one)😭😭😭😭

Do it at your own pace. I tried everyday but it was too much so I took like 2-3 rest days per week. Now I can do it everyday! You can build up to it!

@@hutingting you only need 1-2 weeks. Bodybuilders and sports with weight classes are really good in shredding abs. You just need stop eating carbs
