    Push ups is one of the tuffest exercises for anybody...but it's become easier to do continuously....I also faced this difficulty...but now become lots more push ups in my exercise routine....good videos...😻😻😻

    i really wanna do push ups perfectly but the peoblem is my hands don't have enough strength so what should i do in tht case plzz help😧😧😧😧

      Please start with wall pushups, when you get better at them, do inclined pushups on your couch side or bed side, after that do knee pushups and finally you'll be able to do proper pushups. No other way to it. You can't start doing it instantly. You have to slowly work your way to them.

    I've four discs compressed in my lower backbone (L1, L2, L3, L4). My weight is 76kg and height 5ft 5inch. Can I do push ups and squats to reduce weight? What all exercises I can do to reduce weight that are safe for my back too. I loved your videos and subscribed them too but I don't know i should do them or not

    Hlo sir kal mene gym join kiya. I hv a doubt?? Trainer ne pehle warm up exercises karayi. Next jitne bhi trade mill sab electronic equipment bhi karaye. Last again trainer ne kuch exercises karaye.

    Sir can you pleaseeee post one hour full programme with slow pace movements for beginers... focusing on full body... if thats not possible, may be in two parts... one for full upper body and the other for full lower body... even for difficult targetted areas for ladies...
