And that too with personal trainers and dietitians behind them keeping a close watch as they too get recognition. Thts is their primary motive. But we should have huge respect for Hrithik, the amount of efforts he puts it in each movie. Some do find time for body building, some cannot due to their busy schedule and family lives. You too can b like him, if that is ur bread earner.

@Spandan Banerjee I don't think you understand the mechanism of steroids. Steroid is a muscle enhancer. If you don't train a certain group of muscles too much it won't grow too much. It has nothing to do with deltoids or pectoral muscle. If you don't train like those mr olympics, you won't be as big as them. It is all about the training afterwords. The more you train the bigger you be.

@WB Talks The reason of working so hard is steroids. If you are a normal gymmer you wouldn't be able to workout for more than 1.5 hours. But these guys manage to do gymming for 4-5 hours a day. That too lifting. Even athletes don't lift weight beyond an hour
