They have shown only the training which is the easiest, the hardest one is eating a healthy diet which is costly and time consuming. Pure dedication and budget is needed.

@@unnirajac8617 mostly vegetables and protein and eating fruits, there can be a cheat day once a week, where you can eat something that you like but not alot, everybody has different diet depending on their health age and body language, but I would just say that the key to dedicate yourself is to find someone that will encourage you, or is on a fitness journey just like you, so you and him\her don't give up on each other.
