This is a video which I made during a prep for an upcoming physique show, Note : That I had been working out for over 6 years prior to this which is why I had sufficient muscle mass underneath that fat. 90 days is a good amount of period to bring about a really positive change in your body, but it's gonna be different for every individual based on their starting point and experience level. to be realistic, this is just a shift from bulking to cutting phase, beginners please don't be disheartened if you don't look like this in 90 days
that's right! , before I went to the gym, I saw kind of this video and thought that I could do it in a short time. I worked out really hard every day and hope I could look like that in 2,3 months:))) However, it's a lie, now I know :))) anyway, I still keep working out every day :D

Thank you ashu, honestly my intention wasn't to put it like a clickbait, I wrote 'MY' 90 day transformation journey for a reason and that intro was also there to let everyone know that I have built a decent base during those 6 years of training.

My journey also begins at 6 every morning. The only difference is I switch off the alarm and go back to sleep...
One day RUclips suggested me this video and i clicked on it , this video has literally changed my life , motivated me to start my weight loss journey after shoulder injuries , i lost 20 kgs in 3 months and I'm still going strong and whenever i don't feel like working out , i watch this video again and it reminds me that i have to do it ,i have to do more reps and go for an extra mile , thank u so much man ,my life has changed

Yea as i said, i had been working out for over 6 years and it was a fat loss transformation over the course of those 90 days.
I went into a calorie deficit, increased my cardio and made changes overtime according to how my weight reponded.

@@usujjwals Actually I did bro, during the later stages of this cut, like last 2-3 weeks especially, I did lose muscle mass as I had dropped my calories down to 1,600 and cardio was also very high, like 40 mins atleast every day.

Some are saying you did for views, what if he is doing this just for memories,Some are saying that he is using steroids How can you say he is using steroids? If you don't have proof then shut up. it's normal when people accuse bodybuilders using steroids, not that im okay with it but it's normal
you can usually tell pretty easily what’s natural if you’ve seen enough. I would say he’s probably natural if he did do steroids it was not a lot. But also if you worked out and had a decent muscle mass and then gained weight it would be easier for you to transform back into a lean state compared to someone who has nothing but fat and never touched a weight in there life . It’s called muscle memory. still very impressive transformation just don’t want people thinking it’s easy too achieve a body like that in 90 days if you’ve never worked out before
People, stop it, he looks natural and his physique is achievable natural, especially with more than 6 years of training. Of course he could be on PEDs, but it is unlikely and if he was, his transformation would still be amazing.
What gives me a strong sense of motivation is seeing those people at the gym who literally smokes a dozen cigarettes have a couple of joints and a few pegs everyday and still show up at the gym everyday to train and gain.

Underrated aspect of gains in the gym: Proper technique
Amazing video and cinematography. Also even if he's just cutting, it did not take him 1 day, took him 90 days. 90 days of grinding. Imagine the pain in the hamstrings after squatting one day and then jogging the next day. This is not an easy feat. A lot of people bulk since there is no cardio 90% people stay in the 15-20% body fat range with huge biceps to show for it. I commend his consistency that he did not lose sight of his goal for 90 f'king days. If you are a beginner, use this video as motivation. Everyone's body will look different after 90 days but if you're a beginner and the lesson you take from here is to go to the gym diligently for 90 days, you will not remain a beginner at the end of it thats for sure.

Hey, this is great, you have a great body, and I know that it takes tremendous efforts to build a body, then get fat, and then build it again, but a lot of people don't know about something called "muscle memory". I feel it is your duty to mention that you had muscles before, otherwise people get false hopes of building a body like yours in 3 months, and when they don't, they end up quitting.

Started working out at the age of 27 years, 6 feet guy, but was very thin... In 5 months, I went from 10 inches of biceps to 14.5 inches, and overall weight increase from 68 kgs to 85 kgs...

Guy "A" was 33% achiever in exams and after doing efforts he scored 95%.
Guy "B" was 95% scorer and he left studies for sometime and achieved 70% ( in video @0:50 ) , and again after studying for a period of time he achieved 95% again.

Yup a beginner would require about 2 years of constant bulking and cutting to get this level.
But what he did isn't at all easy. He has eaten quite alot to get that fatty physique( bulking with muscle). But when cutting his food consumption is low and exercise is there too, your stomach constantly growls for food almost all the time... what I'm saying is it is not easy.

People who actually work out and have been working out for quite a few years would actually know that there is a threshold for everyone on how much weight a person of certain weight and height can pick up. If he/she is able to pick heavier than that, then there is a suppliment at work... I could also say that Creatine could get you there, but the vascularity, absolutely clean cutting. Come on. I have been going to a gym for more than 9 years lmao. I am in defence so you can be pretty sure that my regime is a strict one too and I stick to it. I also do boxing (used to be a national level player). But never had that kind of clean cutting. This is certainly not natural.

The problem with videos like this is it can discourage people who are doing things the right way, but taking a little longer to see results. You don't do anything like this in 90 days without clever before pictures, or capri sun...
