I have never seen a more wonderful and explanatory video about push ups and exercise than this. Really good work. Now I realize what mistakes I was doing while doing push ups and why my elbows pained, thats because I was putting my elbows outward. Moreover I also liked the way Yatinder explained how starters can do easy push ups against the wall and gradually increase their level of intenaity. Thank you Yatinder. Kudos for the good work

I used that wall push-ups at the start of my days then went on inclined & declined planes then on the simple ones. last I was using weights on my back doing push-ups. the best technique for strength. Doing 4 times a week.
