    Always appreciate your honesty and transparency!!! We haven’t had a brick and mortar home since April 2017. It’s definitely not easy! Happy you are finding some balance!! Happy for you! It’s not all about money! Life’s too short for that! Taking care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally has to be top priority! Thanks for sharing your experience and thoughts.

      Thankyou for your thoughtful words!! I think it’s totally a younger mindset we had when we thought all that mattered was money. Sacrifice it all!!!! But eh it’s a little bit of everything we see now. 🫶I hope you guys are at the right place for you right now too 💜☺️

    Same bro, i had to stop my company and got into the legal sector(Got my first case already filed in Federal Court! :D). I didnt quit, i saw how fucked up things were getting and made the decision to put myself on a time out for now. Other people didnt, and they crashed and burned because their pride got in their way! Even tho im not in logistics anymore, i still see the trends, the markets, the load to truck ratio and so on. Once i finish my case and i see that markets are starting to need and pay the price, ill be back and better lol. Good luck to you and your man, you know ima still f**k with you guys even if the channel is not about trucking anymore!

    Idk but maybe is a consequence of the economy that many people saw the opportunity and jumping on trucking. And I guess now people that accumulated revenue, it’s the time for them to get out before they lose money. I’ve seen many TDriver RUclipsrs that were OOp that sold their truck and got on to another business. What I’ve seen as a common denominator is the mental health toll. Being OTR driver for that period of time on the road in isolation will take a mental health toll specially in your case being with your husband 24/7 is another layer on top.
    I bet you now you feel way lighter (mentally speaking).
    May God bless you guy whatever path you take! Be safe!

    • @natashatrucking
      @natashatrucking  Год назад +2

      Yes much lighter! Thankyou for your thoughtful comment ☺️yeh it’s funny cause we started when the trucking rates were bad before Covid time and we thought it was good. And then when it got actually good after Covid we were like WHOAAA 😂

    I am so happy for you and your husband that you found some happiness in this life. Maybe this is just a step towards something better. Maybe this is that one thing you need in your life, who knows, for now I'm glade you guys are happy. I have two jobs, I drive a school bus as my regular job, which I could never give up, but I also deliver pizzas for Papa John's, when our truck comes in I am so excited and happy. Sometimes I think, well, maybe I could one day, but then I'm like, I'd have to stop driving the school bus, so that doors kind of shut. I admire you both for this job. P.s. if you ever have a chance to deliver to the Kingsley Papa John's, probs not, but if by chance I look forward to meeting you.

    I don't blame you, I was an owner operator for over two years and I bought my truck brand new in 2020 and sold it for 70k more than I paid for 2 years later. I'm gonna tell ya.. I gotta hand it to you I can't do team driving cause I can't sleep in my apt much less a moving truck.
    If I was gonna be a company driver I'd go back to Walmart (easiest and highest company paying job) I've had just gone 5 days a week or go back to hauling fuel.

    Hey trucking is cool but it kind of sucks for some…I first started 7 yrs ago over the road only did one month over the road I quit that asap!! lol started with cheap ass CR England waited for my license to arrive..had no experience ! Lol I stay in Compton ca I didn’t last for nothing over the road heck no to that shit! A company gaved me an offer with no experience insurance didn’t say anything I started doing rails and port here 12 hours top no pressure for nothing then I decided to buy my truck last 2 yrs ago hauling for a company to do port work here and rail where I live so I’m doing moves from Long Beach to Compton or Compton to Commerce that’s it making pretty ok money is not that bad easy work real easy I take my daughters to school at 8 start work at 8:20am and by 12:30-1pm I’m out do 2-3 full rounds before 1 pm drop and hook all yr long and I get to go home to my family everyday i only work 4-5 hours every day im still taking more than 3k per week tops 5k Monday thru Friday but right now since it’s a bit slow I take around 3k like your videos just giving u some of my experience and shit lol but anyways F over the road besides trucking is pretty cool well stay safe natasha you and your homeboy husband 💯🦾
