      Now you have together to work on a new concept similar to Mercedes' concept EQT as a "minivan" powered fully electric in 4×4 power. This Exemplar is very important, in my opinion, for the countries that have a full nature of Montaigne roads, where constantly up and down must be driven. Similar to Switzerland, Lebanon, Japan, Korea, or India, not all countries have the same nature as Germany. You can also make it more attractive by adding a solar panel system to the top as a range extender. On that way, you will sell a lot of them around the world. In actual fact, already all car manufacturers had done a copy of the minivan design powered by oil-combustion motors.

    My wife has a Buzz. Bad 1. In real world situations in Norway, with 80% charging range is 300 km in winter and 350 km in summer. It depends on what one wants to do. This is perfectly adequate for us. 2. Our previous 7 seater was only used twice in 10.5 years, to carry more than 5 people. For most people two rows (5 people) is enough. 3. We have never used the sound system. 4. & 5. In agreement with you. I find the car is far too aggressive most of the time. From my perspective with adaptive speed control, it stays too close to the car in front. Good 1. Cargo space. Our Buzz is now fitted with 6 large storage boxes to hold groceries, etc. These will also support a mattress at the same height as the folded rear seats. 2. Our dealer advised us against slow moving electric second row sliding doors! 3. Appearance. Yes, it is a cheerful car. We have white and yellow 4. We have never used the arm rests. My son does though, and he uses the sound system. 5. Appreciate the turning radius. Missing = width. The car is wide for narrow Norwegian roads.

    I have one. I love it. This colour too.
    Minor negatives: no opening rear window, control switches on the panel don't light up at night
    Big positive. Speed of charging with super fast chargers 10 to 80% in less than 30 minutes.

    You totally nailed it. Straight to the point and observant. So many car reviewers are fixated on speed etc and miss the things that matter. Also, it’s the only vehicle to make use of the compact form factor of electric motors. No bonnet/frunk etc just tons of useable space. Like, it’s the size of a small SUV and has twice the space inside. This is the future form-factor of cars.

    • @ItsOnlyElectric

      To us this is the cheapest and most adored new car we've had so far. 💙🤍
      About the aggressive start: ours doesn't have that problem, not even on our slightly sloped driveway. There's a lot of precision, moving both forwards and backwards. Otherwise the car would break by itself everyday when parking because it only just fits between the pavement and our gate. We have the cargo edition.
      What I hate about it is the silly and loud sound you hear when the car goes to sleep or starts up. The car is activated by sitting down on the driver's seat. Leaning to one side while stalled is enough to shut down the car and have it chime.
      Another detail is that in the beginning two parking disks 'vanished' from the car. In the end we found out that they had slipped underneath the window. We managed to retrieve them from their hiding place but now we have to remember to not only put the disk on display -not my forte- but also to take it away before taking off or it will slip down again. Same problem with the parking permit from work: it now safely lies in the smaller side window.
      Apart from that we adore this car and as we're only leasing it, the price is more than okay: its monthly cost is lower than that of the new diesel van we previously owned. But, this had not been the case without our solar panels. A fast refill (75kW/h) is more expensive /100km than filling up our diesel van used to be in 2023.

    It’s all about your requirements. Battery is OK if the charging infrastructure is reliable. Who really needs another row of seats? It’s fine already if you have 3 kids and all the junk you need to carry. If you have more seats bang goes your first positive 😂 My sound system is OK. I guess it’s a personal thing. I do however agree with you on the jerky movement and poor reversing camera. You forgot to mention the poor software which I consider to be the biggest negative.

      @xxwookey 10 месяцев назад +2

      @@ItsOnlyElectric The omission of both camp mode and V2L/V2H is ridiculous. The hardware for both these things is there - it just needs minor software changes. (You can already ask it to charge with a bidirectional charger, but it just terminates the connection if the flow goes backwards. There is no need for it to do that). And it's obviously a vehicles you can comfortably sleep in so camp mode should be there from the start. Currently you have to put a 17Kg weight on the front seat to keep it awake.
