    I don't know about you but I ate a lot of holiday treats this season ;) If you're looking for a shorter practice that will give you a great workout, this is it! This 30 minute Vinyasa Flow yoga class does everything in one. You can expect some twists, core work, balancing poses and gentle inversions to strengthen and tone your entire body. It's also a great cardio workout that incorporates some HIIT (high intensity interval training) to elevate your heart rate and lose weight if this is something you're interested in.
    This is a great class to do when you're feeling a little bit sluggish and need a boost of energy. It's an intermediate level class that doesn't do any poses that are too advanced or complicated, but you will most certainly get a great workout! You'll need 1 block for our practice today.

      I actually had to rest in Sphinx pose while you were getting all twisted up but I still loved it 😜 and I hate when I’m in the last resting pose taking deeper breaths, just to SNEEZE lol

    AMAZING! I was worried about keeping up with this one as consider myself quite unfit but I managed with only a couple of balance challenges😅. 65 years old RA warrior and going strong 💪 🙏

    hey Kassandra, I have done this twice and am starting to keep up with you in some spots! Hopefully I will stick the whole thing once I get stronger! If I ever manage to lift up on my hands while cross legged you all will hear a lot of cheering from Moose Jaw Saskatchewan! meanwhile I cheer for all the awkward yogis like myself doing their best!

      Some postures we will never get just because of our skeletal structure, I have been practicing and teaching yoga for 20 years and can’t do that lol 😂

    I just found this practice, though I’ve followed Kassandra for the last few years. Just the right level of challenge, but this was the first time I felt a floating weightlessness during the final pose! Thank you, Kassandra!

    I've been doing your full body and morning yoga for 3 weeks now and feel aaamazing. The short 30 minutes makes it easy to fit in my schedule and it goes by so quickly! Love love!

    Thank you for all your wonderful classes. I have been doing one every day four times a week because I injured myself in my regular kickboxing classes. These intermediate classes have not only provided so much therapy for my muscles and spine but also have given me a very relaxing yet powerful way to unwind from the day.     I'm 66, retired, new subscriber, and new to yoga. I've just started trying to do 1-2 of your classes daily. This one was hard for me, especially the balance part, so I'll keep at it! So far, I've loved your videos; I've done the beginner yoga class for the inflexible (that's me!), the yin yoga full body stretches, and my first bedtime class last night.. Thank you so much for these videos - I love being able to do them in my home and whenever it fits into my schedule. I so appreciate you!!

      That's amazing!! It will definitely get easier over time especially if you do a mix of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, I find that's the best way to make progress with both flexibility and strength :)

    Wow, that was intense. Awesome I love the balancing sequences. I am starting to think my arms are to short to lift my legs in the cross leg lift from the floor. Namaste

    230322 That was a great challenge. Balancing on my left foot is more complicated than on the right. I'm going to need to work on getting my balance more even. didn't know what kind of class I wanted when I sat down and picked this one randomly. Great choice. I'll be back! Thank you. Namaste.

    HIya, I've practiced yoga for 23 years, and this is my twentieth year teaching! During Safter at Home I went to the interwebs to find some inspiration for home practice in isolation, and found your channel. I love your videos! Nice sequencing and flow. Great progressions. And while I love technical work and philosophical exploration in the studio, I appreciate how you convey a lot of information efficiently in your videos, which is perfect for the format and length. I've trained in many styles, and borrow from anywhere I find wisdom. Really curious about your background. I see a lot of familiar things, and your style is similar to mine, which is an ever-evolving hybrid with roots in Astanga, Anusara, yin/restorative/body rolling. Anyway, thank you. I appreciate your videos all the much. They always seems to be exactly what I need. Namaste.
