THANK U FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO! I am an OTA student, in Human Movement class this semester and it is a CHALLENGE! Your video, with the gestures and commentary, hopefully finally cleared this topic up for me!
refreshing my memory from my undergrad exs. sc. degree before I begin PT school, and I always struggled with this concept for some reason. Your video definitely helped to solidify this knowledge for me. Thanks for the content!
Awww I appreciate it! I am actually going to put this series on pause.. I am sorry if you were expecting to learn more from my videos!! I will definitely talk more about kinesiology in the near future. It is in my plan (:
You said “wall” and I thought “why wasn’t it explained like this elsewhere”… literally makes it so much easier Sagittal-picture walls on the right and left of you… you can only move up or down-walking, running, squats Frontal-wall in front (anterior) and back (posterior) of you-side lunges, shuffles, lateral raises, squats work here too. Transverse- if you were in a box, a decent sized box, you could only twist your body with full ROM or Range of Motion. Hope I understood that properly
@@drjustinleedpt dope man! This should definitely be the video to watch… the other pages go over it but they said dissect through the body (in theory) but when you did the wall thing it clicked! Thank you!
