    이 분것 3개 따라하고 나면 땀 흠뻑. 따라하기 쉬우면서도 효과 짱! 스트레스, 노폐물로 매일 등에 부항뜨고 아파서 힘들었는데 이제 싹 없어짐. 3주 되니까 등에 출렁이고 뭉쳐서 단단했던 살들이 조금씩 가벼워짐. 아는 지인이 몸이 무용하는 사람처럼 부드러워졌다고 해서 놀랐음~~~~이제 팔뚝살까지 가보자~~

    I have been struggling with Big arms since my childhood . I regret that why i found mizi’s workout so late? I started with mizi’s random arm workout video and continued for 2 weeks and noticed a good difference immediately and got compliments from my family and that boosted my confidence.Later i decided to search mizi’s other arm workout and found this one. This is more effective and hardcore , i have not finished my 1 week yet and hence see a HUGE difference already. I can count on mizi workouts for the rest of my life. For first time in my life, i am getting toned and eating with confidence. Thanks MIZI ❤

    I have been doing this workout for a month.i myself can't see any difference but just now my mum suddenly come over and grab my arms n said why u become so skinny girl 😱😱

    I’ve been doing this for a few weeks and I see a big difference. I’ve always struggled with having upper arm fat and armpit fat and I’ve found that putting effort into my armpits whenever I can during this workout has really helped! I do 5-7 different workout routines daily, and this is honestly the only one I need for arms! Highly recommended.
    Edit: after a while I stopped seeing results with this alone and had to research and start doing weight training. This video and routine was a good place for me to start and it helped me narrow down what exactly I needed to work on and where I needed to target for my arms. I did get some results, but not enough for me to be satisfied with personally. Everyone’s body is different and this may or may not work out for you. Whatever the case, as long as you don’t give up on yourself you’ll never lose or be wasting your time. :)

      @@ransaladarmasiri6616 I did start to see a bit of a difference after a while, but I had to start doing weight training to get real lasting results. This video was a big help to start my workout journey, though. However, it can only do so much. With weight training you can add weight or reps when your results start to stagnate.

    Day 1 : ✅I did it once and I was feeling my arms burning, but I saw a lot of people in the comments doing it twice, so I did it twice and it burned even more. I'm looking forward to seeing the results, tomorrow I'll be here again.
    Day 2 : ✅ I did it twice today too, especially today it burned a lot because of the muscle pain I had after yesterday, but I know that little by little it gets better, I felt a difference in the first day!! I'm dying to see the results, doing it with a smile on my face :)

    Been doing this workout once a day for almost 3 weeks now but they've been days wherein I was busy that I had to skip a few days before resuming again.
    Day 1: I can definitely feel the burn, had to stop from time to time.
    Day 2: My arms were sore the next day, which it means the exercise was doing something. Had difficulty but was able to go through.
    Day 3: ✅

    Day 5: ✅
    Day 6: ✅
    Day 7: Skipped
    Day 8: Skipped
    Day 9: ✅
    Day 10: ✅

    Despite those skipped days, many have said that they noticed my arms looked a bit toned compared to before wherein they were obviously sagging. Tape measure wise, it did NOT show any difference in terms of numbers, BUT the BAT WINGS did LESSEN.

    I started mizis other arm workout since week before.i can see visible difference

    I have been doing this workout and the 9 min slim arms workout for 6 months and I still see a big difference in my arms. I started out doing these 2 workouts 4 times a week, but now I only do them each once a week and still have amazing results in my arms. I just wanted people to know that you can continue these slim arm workouts for a long period of time and your results will stay amazing. I think it's because I still feel a burn every time I do them, even after 6 months. I LOVE Mizi workouts!

    my arms never seem to lose fat... bat wings .. huge arms . about 14 inches... but this exercise in 1 week changed the arm look... am continuing in 2nd week now and it's toning my arms .. very good exercise. thanks mizi

    I have attempted this many times, but never really was consistent with it. So I'm going to comment and actually commit to this. My plan is to do it 5 times daily, only for a week, and see if it has any difference. I'll keep ya'll updated

    note:
    - i'm doing a variety of other workouts, as well as heavy lifting and strength training concurrently with this video
    - i'm only doing this workout once a day bc i'm doing the other things
    - i'm kinda going for a more muscular look (so i'm focusing on muscle mass too and not just slimming my arms)
    - i'm not really following a specific diet but i'm trying to eat less carbs/processed foods/sugar and more protein/fruits/veggies/clean
    day 1: ✅ it doesn't seem like it would burn but it definitely does!
    day 2: ✅ donee, it burned but not too much (might add 5 lb weights tomorrow) *my arm muscles also look a tiny bit more defined?!
    day 3: ✅ done, added 5 lbs to everything I could
    day 4: ❌ super busy, did not complete, i'm going to do twice tomorrow with 5 lb weights tho!

    Yes se here when i 1st time done this exercise I am shocked that I feel a lot burn other video are also effective but this video will burn your arms more sooner means soooo sooner so pls follow this exercise in a day 4/5 times you will get your slim arms over 1 week

    I absolutely love this workout - the most effective 8 minutes you can give to have sexy arms ! I have had fat in my upper arms and armpits even being a skinny person.       Hey, so good to know you got amazing results. Did you like do a calorie deficit? I have been wanting to lose fats from arms but i really cant do a calorie deficit, its a huge commitment.

    I'm gonna do this for a week for atleast once in day
    Day 1 : ✅ I did it twice and my arms are burning.
    Day 2 : ✅ My arm muscles seem a bit lose. No difference though. I did it twice.
    Day 3 : ✅ I did it twice and I can see a bit change. It is almost unnoticeable yet I'm happy with the result.
    Day 4 : ✅ I did it twice and there is a very little change than day 3.
    Day 5 : ✅ I did it twice and I'm quite shocked with the result as there is alot change as compared to day 1 and I'm really happy about it.
    Day 6 : ✅ I did it twice and DAMN I SO HAPPY. There is a lot change and my arms look much skinnier.
    Day 7 : ✅ I'm so proud of myself for doing this daily. Today was my last day and I did it twice and believe me it's really worth trying this workout. There is a really visible change. I just want to say that guys consistency is the key and don't compare yourself to anyone. Everyone's body is different so be beautiful for yourself only and stay consistent.

    Day 1✅ my arms hurt but it’s going okay. I realized i could do this while seated on my bed
    Day 2✅ this really hurt following my gym session yesterday. But can’t wait for day 7

    (After a few days of exercise doing this made my boobs smaller 😭) I want my arms to look skinnier for summer
    Day 1(31cm)- ✅it hurt for the first 3 minutes but as it got longer it didn't hurt that much
    Day2- ❌i forgot
    Day 3- ✅it hurts from the start like day 1 but after finishing it doesn't hurt after the workout
    Day 4- done✅
    Day 5- ❌too lazy to do it and i noticed my boobs getting smaller so idk it kinda gave me body dismorphia :(
    Day 6- done ✅ well theres no turning back if i want to continue to be fat I'll stop but i went here to be skinnier so there's no stopping now.
    Day 7- done ✅ I decided to continue this workout until I'm satisfied with how big my arm is
    Day 8- done ✅ The exercise felt a little easier like i didn't hurt that much today
    Day 9- done ✅ I noticed i move my arms faster because I'm getting used to it.
    Day 10- done ✅ I got a paper cut in between my fingers so it hurts when i do the exercise 😭 my body also hurts maybe because of lack of sleep and rest i got today
    Day 11- ❌ got lazy today because I've been busy with school and don't have that much time so I didn't do it today
    Day 12- done✅ i did the exercise 2 times because why not, 3:00 is always the one that makes my arm hurt
    Day 13- ❌ my arms and shoulders HURT, i guess it's a bad to repeat the exercise
    Day 14- done ✅ idk why my arm got tired so easily today
    Day 15- done ✅ (I almost wanted to not do it today because I'm getting lazy but i still did it because i want smaller arms)
    Day 16- ❌
    Day 17- ❌
    Day 18-✅
    March 19- I lost tract because i got lazy

    I started to follow this workout last day because i want to lose the fat in my arm. I thought it's easy because the time duration is only 8mins but it's fool me. After I tried this workout in my arm I feel the pain and it's not easy thooo. But its feels like effective. Its my two days now I will update after 1week if it's effective and if i saw changes in my arm also i will share my experience. Thank you.

    I will do this workout for 1 week everyday track results:
    Day 1 : ✅arms burned, no difference.
    Day 2 : ✅arms a tiny bit sore from the first workout, still don’t notice a difference.
    Day 3 : ✅after this workout I could notice a tiny little difference definitely not noticeable for others yet.

    im gonna try to do this for a week without a break and with 10k steps (i will try to stay in a calorie deficit but i know i wont be able to)
    Day 1: ✅✅✅ did it thrice. Hurt a lot but i managed to do it with no breaks except the few seconds break in between. I did not eat a lot too today and completed 10k steps.
    Day 2: ✅✅✅ Did it thrice again with 10k steps. I also started april han's 7 days thigh challenge today and i am also doing the chloe ting thigh workout with it too. I think i ate a lot today.
    Day 3:✅✅✅Did it thrice and i ate a lot today, like a lot. I ate a lot of ice cream and drank soda too 😭. It hurt a little more than usual and i also took a few seconds break in between the 11th exercise cuz my fingers kept slipping. And i definitly did not stay in a calorie deficit today. I ate like 3 slices of pizza and a lot of chowmein too.

    I feel good because I've been doing arm work out for a month, so when I tried this it's just fine like it's a normal day doing arm work out, and I think it's very effective 😮

    I will be doing this for a week and I'm posting this comment to be more motivated.

    Hello everyone, I am gonna do this for 10 days from now on(2 a day) because I have a festival coming up and the school is almost here!
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏:I just did once in morning (8:44am) and my arms hurt honestly, the last exercise is the best😂I will do once in evening too, or if I have time, I will do 3 times because, why not:) I'd appreciate it if you remind me
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐:well i wasn't able to do it twice yesterday due to family visits, today i did it once(8:20am) and i hope i will do more than 1! Also i want to say that whatever the workout or the movements are for, it always feels great to move your body, i feel motivated every morning to wake up and do this workout, not because of i want slim arms asap, but now i feel energetic after doing it(my arms hurt tho🥲) and i will put the measurements at the end of the day 7:) and I did it at night once too (with my sisters)
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟑:I did it once(8:21am) today for now and I want to do it 3 times, I can't really say I see a physical difference, but we will see at the end of the day 7:)!(i did it twice)
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟒:I just did some measurements (for fun), maybe I did it wrong, but to my measurements, I already lost 1cm? 😅well, you would definitely get faster and more visible results if you did it 3 times a day, but I always forget to do at nights🥲I did it once today(10:49am) and the movements felt easier?!
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟓:sorry, my laziness became a bit visible😅I did it once today(1:08pm) and the movements are really getting easier to do, the ones I was struggling with at first day feels like a break! And my arms are definitely getting toned!

    Did this Workout today.
    Day 1 (April 17, 2023): New to workout so I won't see changes atm
    Day 2 (April 18, 2023): I don't see any changes atm since its only the 2nd day but the thing is that I always stopped mid-time on Day 1 because it the workout hurts but on the 2nd day I continuously did the work out without any rest and stopping. The pain on my arm means the workout is effective! But on the appearance of having slim arms is still not visible :D
    Day 3 (April 19, 2023) - I did the workout pretty easily this time and did it 2 times yay!!! On my 1st day doing this it feels like forever now I did it faster, the workout still hurts but my arms can do this continuously now! Appearance of Slim arms is not yet visible.
    Day 4 (April 20, 2023) - I did it twice again without in between exercises that I did yesterday! The pain in each step is still there but did it quite easily again. Slim arms not yet visible.
    April 21 - 23, 2023 - Got skipped since I was busy at home.
    Day 5 (April 24, 2023) - I think after my 3 days rest my arms got toned (?) Not pretty sure but I'm comparing my 1st day pics to 5th day and I think my arms got toned. I did it 2 times today with in between belly fat workouts!
    6th day (April 25, 2023) - SKIPPED since when I got home my family decided to have dinner outside but we mostly ate salad!
    7th day (April 26, 2023) - I did it 2 times on 7th day and my stamina is getting better!
    April 27 - May 2 - GOT SKIPPED due to being busy irl work and side job which is painting 😢

    May 3, 2023 - I rested for like a whole week but I can feel that my stamina really upgraded! I did it 2 times today with in between workout!
    May 4, 2023 - I did it faster than usual today! I did this and another video for arms which is a 4 min video but has more exercise count. I did it pretty quickly plus a last body workout! Arms still not slimming tho! But I think my shoulder bones are showing (not collarbone) and for the collarbones it is slowly showing to me!

    Ok I found this yesterday night and I'm going to try to do this for maybe a week or 2 so here we go!!!
    Day 1 🩵 I did yesterday which was my first day and boy did it burn!!! I'm also doing another 16 mins arm workout besides this one !!
    Day 2🩵 OK, I just finished my workout!!😤😤 I did it twice today as well!! Early morning and at night!! My upper arm muscles,shoulders, and back are aching!!! But it's the good workout ache so it's fine. I'll get used to it...🫠 OH YEAH my arms and back are really flexible now although they hurt they are more flexible then before!!!
    Day 3 🩵 my arms are really flexible now but the pain is still bad 🥲 my back hurts and and upper arms muscles as well !! If you play sports I recommend this cause your arms and shoulders get really flexible and light if you continue this for a while
