I’ve been doing this for a few weeks and I see a big difference. I’ve always struggled with having upper arm fat and armpit fat and I’ve found that putting effort into my armpits whenever I can during this workout has really helped! I do 5-7 different workout routines daily, and this is honestly the only one I need for arms! Highly recommended. Edit: after a while I stopped seeing results with this alone and had to research and start doing weight training. This video and routine was a good place for me to start and it helped me narrow down what exactly I needed to work on and where I needed to target for my arms. I did get some results, but not enough for me to be satisfied with personally. Everyone’s body is different and this may or may not work out for you. Whatever the case, as long as you don’t give up on yourself you’ll never lose or be wasting your time. :)

This video was a big help to start my workout journey, though. However, it can only do so much. With weight training you can add weight or reps when your results start to stagnate.

Yes se here when i 1st time done this exercise I am shocked that I feel a lot burn other video are also effective but this video will burn your arms more sooner means soooo sooner so pls follow this exercise in a day 4/5 times you will get your slim arms over 1 week

I have been struggling with Big arms since my childhood . I regret that why i found mizi’s workout so late? I started with mizi’s random arm workout video and continued for 2 weeks and noticed a good difference immediately and got compliments from my family and that boosted my confidence.Later i decided to search mizi’s other arm workout and found this one. This is more effective and hardcore , i have not finished my 1 week yet and hence see a HUGE difference already. I can count on mizi workouts for the rest of my life. my arms never seem to lose fat... bat wings .. huge arms . about 14 inches... but this exercise in 1 week changed the arm look... am continuing in 2nd week now and it's toning my arms .. very good exercise. thanks mizi

I started to follow this workout last day because i want to lose the fat in my arm. I thought it's easy because the time duration is only 8mins but it's fool me. After I tried this workout in my arm I feel the pain and it's not easy thooo. But its feels like effective. Tape measure wise, it did NOT show any difference in terms of numbers, BUT the BAT WINGS did LESSEN.

I'm gonna do this for a week for atleast once in day Day 1 : ✅ I did it twice and my arms are burning. Day 2 : ✅ My arm muscles seem a bit lose. No difference though. I did it twice. Day 3 : ✅ I did it twice and I can see a bit change. It is almost unnoticeable yet I'm happy with the result. Day 4 : ✅ I did it twice and there is a very little change than day 3. Day 5 : ✅ I did it twice and I'm quite shocked with the result as there is alot change as compared to day 1 and I'm really happy about it. Day 6 : ✅ I did it twice and DAMN I SO HAPPY. There is a lot change and my arms look much skinnier. Day 7 : ✅ I'm so proud of myself for doing this daily. Today was my last day and I did it twice and believe me it's really worth trying this workout. There is a really visible change. I just want to say that guys consistency is the key and don't compare yourself to anyone. Everyone's body is different so be beautiful for yourself only and stay consistent. Lots of love ❤
I absolutely love this workout - the most effective 8 minutes you can give to have sexy arms ! I have had fat in my upper arms and armpits even being a skinny person. Day 1 : ✅I did it once and I was feeling my arms burning, but I saw a lot of people in the comments doing it twice, so I did it twice and it burned even more. I'm looking forward to seeing the results, tomorrow I'll be here again. Day 2 : ✅ I did it twice today too, especially today it burned a lot because of the muscle pain I had after yesterday, but I know that little by little it gets better, I felt a difference in the first day!! Hello, I’m Autumn! :) Gonna try to update this daily and answer any questions that come my way! Intro: I’ve always have kind of flabby arms, I’ve tried some other arm exercises but always quit half-way through. First arm exercise I did without once stopping! Gonna keep on going and set this as a goal for the new school year! :D hopefully I’ll see some changes Day 1: so far so good! I did this one time only because I discovered this vid at night. A slight burn, not too much sweat but feels nice once I’ve finished. Will hopefully update tmr if I’m not busy, please do not hate if I don’t! :D
im gonna try to do this for a week without a break and with 10k steps (i will try to stay in a calorie deficit but i know i wont be able to) Day 1: ✅✅✅ did it thrice. Hurt a lot but i managed to do it with no breaks except the few seconds break in between. I did not eat a lot too today and completed 10k steps. Day 2: ✅✅✅ Did it thrice again with 10k steps. Did this Workout today. Day 1 (April 17, 2023): New to workout so I won't see changes atm Day 2 (April 18, 2023): I don't see any changes atm since its only the 2nd day but the thing is that I always stopped mid-time on Day 1 because it the workout hurts but on the 2nd day I continuously did the work out without any rest and stopping. The pain on my arm means the workout is effective! But on the appearance of having slim arms is still not visible :D Day 3 (April 19, 2023) - I did the workout pretty easily this time and did it 2 times yay!!! On my 1st day doing this it feels like forever now I did it faster, the workout still hurts but my arms can do this continuously now! Appearance of Slim arms is not yet visible. Day 4 (April 20, 2023) - I did it twice again without in between exercises that I did yesterday! The pain in each step is still there but did it quite easily again. Slim arms not yet visible. April 21 - 23, 2023 - Got skipped since I was busy at home. Day 5 (April 24, 2023) - I think after my 3 days rest my arms got toned (?) Not pretty sure but I'm comparing my 1st day pics to 5th day and I think my arms got toned. I did it 2 times today with in between belly fat workouts! 6th day (April 25, 2023) - SKIPPED since when I got home my family decided to have dinner outside but we mostly ate salad! 7th day (April 26, 2023) - I did it 2 times on 7th day and my stamina is getting better! April 27 - May 2 - GOT SKIPPED due to being busy irl work and side job which is painting 😢 ----------- May 3, 2023 - I rested for like a whole week but I can feel that my stamina really upgraded! I did it 2 times today with in between workout! May 4, 2023 - I did it faster than usual today! I did this and another video for arms which is a 4 min video but has more exercise count. I did it pretty quickly plus a last body workout! Arms still not slimming tho! But I think my shoulder bones are showing (not collarbone) and for the collarbones it is slowly showing to me! *Will update this post tomorrow

Hey, so good to know you got amazing results. Did you like do a calorie deficit? I have been wanting to lose fats from arms but i really cant do a calorie deficit, its a huge commitment.

Day 1✅ my arms hurt but it’s going okay. I realized i could do this while seated on my bed
Day 2✅ this really hurt following my gym session yesterday. But can’t wait for day 7
Day 3✅😩 my shoulder joints hurt but I persevered through. No changes as yet of-course because it’s just day 3

I'm doing a combination of mizi exercise and stretching every day.
I've seen a lot of exercise videos over the years there is nothing that captivated me as much as mizi video haha

Intro: I’ve always have kind of flabby arms, I’ve tried some other arm exercises but always quit half-way through.
First arm exercise I did without once stopping! Gonna keep on going and set this as a goal for the new school year! :D hopefully I’ll see some changes
Day 1: so far so good! I did this one time only because I discovered this vid at night. A slight burn, not too much sweat but feels nice once I’ve finished. Will hopefully update tmr if I’m not busy, please do not hate if I don’t! :D
Day 2: did it once, felt that it was easier than the previous day!
Day 3: skipped because I had a lot of homework and didn’t have the time 😭😭

im gonna try to do this for a week without a break and with 10k steps (i will try to stay in a calorie deficit but i know i wont be able to)
Day 1: ✅✅✅ did it thrice. Hurt a lot but i managed to do it with no breaks except the few seconds break in between. I did not eat a lot too today and completed 10k steps.
Day 2: ✅✅✅ Did it thrice again with 10k steps. I also started april han's 7 days thigh challenge today and i am also doing the chloe ting thigh workout with it too. I think i ate a lot today.
Day 3:✅✅✅Did it thrice and i ate a lot today, like a lot. I ate a lot of ice cream and drank soda too 😭. It hurt a little more than usual and i also took a few seconds break in between the 11th exercise cuz my fingers kept slipping. And i definitly did not stay in a calorie deficit today. I ate like 3 slices of pizza and a lot of chowmein too.

Day 1 (April 17, 2023): New to workout so I won't see changes atm
Day 2 (April 18, 2023): I don't see any changes atm since its only the 2nd day but the thing is that I always stopped mid-time on Day 1 because it the workout hurts but on the 2nd day I continuously did the work out without any rest and stopping. The pain on my arm means the workout is effective! But on the appearance of having slim arms is still not visible :D
Day 3 (April 19, 2023) - I did the workout pretty easily this time and did it 2 times yay!!! On my 1st day doing this it feels like forever now I did it faster, the workout still hurts but my arms can do this continuously now! Appearance of Slim arms is not yet visible.
Day 4 (April 20, 2023) - I did it twice again without in between exercises that I did yesterday! The pain in each step is still there but did it quite easily again. Slim arms not yet visible.
April 21 - 23, 2023 - Got skipped since I was busy at home.
Day 5 (April 24, 2023) - I think after my 3 days rest my arms got toned (?) Not pretty sure but I'm comparing my 1st day pics to 5th day and I think my arms got toned. I did it 2 times today with in between belly fat workouts!
6th day (April 25, 2023) - SKIPPED since when I got home my family decided to have dinner outside but we mostly ate salad!
7th day (April 26, 2023) - I did it 2 times on 7th day and my stamina is getting better!
April 27 - May 2 - GOT SKIPPED due to being busy irl work and side job which is painting 😢

May 3, 2023 - I rested for like a whole week but I can feel that my stamina really upgraded! I did it 2 times today with in between workout!
May 4, 2023 - I did it faster than usual today! I did this and another video for arms which is a 4 min video but has more exercise count. I did it pretty quickly plus a last body workout! Arms still not slimming tho! But I think my shoulder bones are showing (not collarbone) and for the collarbones it is slowly showing to me!
