My name is Eric and I travel with my cats, “Tara” & “Opie” in a 24ft 2002 Ford Bigfoot Class C and tow either a 2014 lifted Smart Car named “Tater Tot” or my 2012 Harley Softail Slim named “Black Betty” in a 6x10 trailer. We travel about 35 miles a day chasing 70 degrees year-round since 2010.

That's probably a reasonable workaround. Someone with a bit of electrical background just wire a momentary switch which makes the motor tun until released. Could be a good solution, and the "paperweight" would all of a sudden once again fulfill a purpose and not fill the landfill. I HATE these throw away products. What a waste.
@@yxcvmk Yeah, if you're okay with semi-manual operation, replace the brain board with a three position switch. Rotate CCW-Off-Rotate CW.

CAMI automotive was a joint venture between Suzuki and GM. I started there in 89 and was there 31 years. Drove test those trucks and always liked them. They definitely built to last with their solid frame like a TRUCK when many other vehicles had gone to A frame or unibody design. We went on to build the Equinox and a few other vehicles. Currently building GM EV Van.. Great information in your videos Eric!

Get a sifting litter box and switch to pine pellets (horse bedding) $5 for 40lb bag at Tractor supply or any ag supply. Little to no dust and far less smell. Watch some cat lady videos they all use it instead of the dusty clay. I switched 4 years ago and it's been great.
I have a full size truck truck. Sometimes I mistakenly call it a car. Then I feel weird and wonder why I said that. My wife doesn't seem to notice when this happens or correct me... I should buy her dinner.😊

Someone doesnt know the definition of light-truck ;) its still a mini SUV just certified with light truck capabilities. which means ( Light truck or light-duty truck is a US classification for vehicles with a gross vehicle weight up to 8,500 pounds (3,860 kg) and a payload capacity up to 4,000 pounds (1,814 kg). It just means your vehicle weighs under 8500lbs and can carry up to 4000lbs which includes people inside the mini SUV cabin. Have a nice day

We bought a Geo Tracker new in 94 and had it for several years. It’s an awesome little all-around on and off-road truck. Good choice.

Yikes! How often do you check for pack rats and mice under the hood? I was parked for just a couple of days and had a big fat mouse that I was able to kill with a trap on top of the engine compartment. You check every day?
I have five traps under the hood of my RV alone as well as several inside my RV. I catch one pack rat about every 48 hours under my hood, no matter what. It never ends. The cats pretty much take care of anything that gets inside.

Cannabis is legal in AZ (since 2020 I think), growing in a hot shed with no light, in a tiny pot, would be more trouble than it's worth. Eric could buy it (get) better/for-cheaper and legally, if he wanted to.

GM classified this vehicle as a body on frame light weight truck, via my GM certified technician of 20+ years husband who worked on them when they debuted in the US as the Geo Tracker. Don't know why y'all are so butthurt to be wrong 😂

On that cat litter box, there should be a way of bypassing all the electronics and just having a simple on/off switch to the motor to make it spin whenever you want it to. Don't throw it out just yet.

Tracker is a derivative of a K or ‘Kei’ class Japanese automobile. In Japan there are a whole bunch of different styles serving different purposes, some are trucks some are vans some are passenger haulers etc. In this case an off road utility truck.
