My name is Eric and I travel with my cats, “Tara” & “Opie” in a 24ft 2002 Ford Bigfoot Class C and tow either a 2014 lifted Smart Car named “Tater Tot” or my 2012 Harley Softail Slim named “Black Betty” in a 6x10 trailer. We travel about 35 miles a day chasing 70 degrees year-round since 2010.

Hello Eric, we visited “The Thing” a few weeks ago on our way to Tucson and Yuma. Would have been nice to run into you there. We have passed by that campground many times and just like you thought it was just a boon-docking area. You can learn the true age of the earth there. They have a timeline in the Ark. They have dinosaurs, but they don't show the aliens, but I still believe in the Aliens.

Love the green! My color too. Next time in Deming, eat at Adobe Deli. Delicious food in a quirky old school house all decorated with weird things in every classroom. The gym is main dining room with a huge wall tv and crazy things all over the walls!!

Happy Easter Eric! Glad you enjoyed our attraction "The Thing" they do promote on those bill boards from Phoenix to El Paso. Those billboard signs do bring a lot of tourist to the attraction! Glad to see they are doing well in their business! The next time your in the Wilcox Area, please try and consider Safford Arizona ( North of Wilcox, Az) and Mount Graham Mountain has elevation of 10,000 ft high and has Mount Graham International Observatory with a Binocular Telescope on top (Tours from May until October) and is being operated by the University of Arizona and the Vatican in Rome! Yes!
