My name is Eric and I travel with my cats, “Tara” & “Opie” in a 24ft 2002 Ford Bigfoot Class C and tow either a 2014 lifted Smart Car named “Tater Tot” or my 2012 Harley Softail Slim named “Black Betty” in a 6x10 trailer. We travel about 35 miles a day chasing 70 degrees year-round since 2010.

Get the B&W, w all the old westerns not having color tech, but viewers are missing so much. Really bummed it's not in color. If you post this vid in color, I would watch it again! 💕

Yeah it’s unfortunate he didn’t go back and take him up on his offer for a custom piece of work. That horseshoe hat hook would have been a lot cooler than a magnet.

Hey Eric, love your show. This was a tourist attraction way back since 1960. I was there in about 1969 . It definately looks much differnt now, as a "Tourist Attraction". I think I was about 7y/o, so my memories are faint. I definately saw original buildings of the set.
I was there in 1971. Looks like they rebuilt the stage coach for comfort and space. Back then I got to sit up with the driver. While my parents got the bumpy ride inside.
The first old western town I went to.was ln Abilene Kansas. So much fun. Glad you had a great time.

Born and raised in the west, and I can 100 percent tell you guys, it all changed to color some time ago. This was a filter.
Enjoyed the video. Went there with my parents in 1971 and a couple years later. Looks like more fun now.

Watch this video about using a marine gas tank to run your generator. Start at 3min.
I work at the Oshkosh Air show and see how many campers do this to keep their RV cool in the summer. Many couple two small generators and run them for the whole 10 day show! Beware buying a used Honda generator after an event like that! They will advertise used only 1 time! ( 10 days continuous)

John Wayne and the popular movie "three Amigos" 1986 with Chevy Chase was filmed there...also Wild Wild West tv show filmed its last show here in 1979 called "The Wild Wild West Revisited" with all the original actors including Robert Conrad and Ross Martin!
If I were able to visit, I’d be seeing everything in color. If I wanted to watch B&W, I’d be watching old Westerns.Old Tucson is not very interesting in B&W. I appreciate what you were trying to do here Eric, and it was a very creative idea, but I can’t watch this. It just makes me sad not to be able to visit myself.

Wow! "Old Tucson"! While I was stationed at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, in Tucson, I went out to visit the "Old Tucson" studios. That was back in 1965-66. I actually went there, twice. In this video Eric mentions the town of Benson and Bisbee. I will never forget those two memorable towns, especially Bisbee. I sang patriotic songs with an Air Force group during the Fourth of July, twice. A part of me would love to live in Bisbee. Instead, I chose South Florida.

Seems like people are tripping that you filmed this in black and white. I actually liked it but i’m Old school and still watch many tv shows from back in the day in B&W like the Twilight zone, Alfred Hitchcock, the Rifleman, Andy Griffith, Gunsmoke, the Three Stooges, Lost in Space...etc. Just to name a few shows. And I love some classic B&W movies especially the horror genre like The Wolf man, Frankenstein, Dracula, the Mummy, Creature from the black lagoon and so many more. I’m guessing many of your viewers lack culture and are also too young to appreciate these things. Not to mention Kevin Smith filmed his first movie Clerks in B&W way before he was famous and it’s a great film. Be creative and have fun : ) Most people won’t get it because they can’t see past their phone/tablet screens and subscription services on their smart tv’s. Screw em!!!

I used to go there for nightfall at tucson studio. A halloween theme with live zombies walking the streets. different acts throughout the park. my best times there of all events. i also had the opportunity to be a background character in a movie called Billy the kid with Val Kilmer filmed there
