My name is Eric and I travel with my cats, “Tara” & “Opie” in a 24ft 2002 Ford Bigfoot Class C and tow either a 2014 Smart Car named “Tater Tot” or my 2012 Harley Softail Slim named “Black Betty” in a 6x10 trailer. We travel about 35 miles a day chasing 70 degrees year-round since 2010.

Change is good. I understand your "downsizing" for sure. Find the smallest rig that still fits your life. You'll be happier. Camping in a 40ft RV is GREAT! Traveling in it... not so much.
Thanks for showing everyone how to find the bulbs with the key words, it to me a while just 3 years back to do the same. I hope the leisure bulbs come down in price I have over 20 in my bus. Just 2 solar panels 4 flooded batteries and genny runs very little in the winter. keep up the great content

Those G4 type pronged bulbs are a real pain. Go to Home Depot and bring one with you. You need to hold the prong base next to the package until you find the correct one. Then remember the name. I hate them. They are called “puck lights” but yes, I think they misspelled it😊!

Can you fix that gear for your slide with table epoxy pour if you place the square bar in the middle I wonder then make a couple spares to boot or make a bunch an sell them. Just an idea. Have a good one.

You could take the amount of the lights and put you some washers or spacers, and then install it that would probably fix The reset lights. Try it
For boondocking the switch to LED lighting is so important. Bonus is the cooler operation.

MAYBE CONSIDER A THEME? Would you like to visit some of the sports games in person and share your travels going to the games? That's kind of fun. Could do a history tour run-down if you want something nerdy? Maybe hiking or mountain biking trails?
The LED changeover is an easy upgrade that immediately improves the look of an older RV. The difference in the glow is fun to see. It looks like Q24 is shaping up to be an awesome event. So many of my fellow creator friends are there or on the way. I know it is going to be so much fun!
I was watching a video (FSC Trucking) earlier this evening when he mentioned looking for property around Manchester TN. I looked at Google maps to see where that was and what’s around there, even clicking on the Loves Truck Stop just south of there. You had posted a short video of that location 2 years or so ago and I recognized your channel logo. I had just seen that logo within the hour so I came back to Eric’s channel to find your post and mention the coincidence. Wow! What are the odds of that happening? Travel safe, Tuckers!

I would have stuck with the 2700 lumens warm white led bulbs. The brite white light is a bit harsh. Just my opinion.

You want G4 Puck lights for the recessed lighting. They're small round discs with the two prongs on them
With four seasons RV you should go to Canada and Alaska !

I'm new to this and I just bought a 2004 Ford fourwind and would like to ask what type of tire valve, or valve extensions and sensors do you use? Sorry for all the questions but not sure what to use with short rubber values. I am having a hard time putting air. Thanks again.

Yes, I have to purchase a new external hard drive every year to keep up. I go thru about 2tb of storage a year myself.

If it wasn't for memes etc, and overhearing people at work, I wouldn't have a clue what's going off in the world 😁😁
You may need to replace the entire fitting(s) for the downlights.. Not usually "difficult" to do, as the power leads are usually attached via push on/off plugs, on the back.
Google "Recessed RV downlights LED" and look at the "Shopping" tab there are many to choose from. Find one that matches the ones you have, ones that you like, that fit the cut-out recesses.
Of course, that will be more expensive than just replacing the bulbs...
BTW, the numbers are the measurements of the bulb connector/base (the brass bit) - so 1142 will be 11mm across and 42mm (not 92) long. Similar to the lithium flashlight batteries. 18650 = 18mm across and 68mm long.
Keep it up Eric, you'll get there and you're doing fine. Make it all a challenge to overcome, not a chore. Which you seem to do, anyway. 👍

I believe the led 194 bulb is the replacement for the recessed light

You probably already figured it out but those under cabinet lights are halogen. You can get the entire LED replacement including the reflective part.
You should touch your bulbs with bare hands. The oils from them can prematurely blow them
We bought a bunch to replace our old ones but I find the light to cold and blue. I understand there are different warmth’s, I would like to know what the specifications are on your lights
Since the LEDs are brighter.. you might be able to remove the reflectors in those slide lights then the cover will fit

I always enjoy following your continuing improvements to the RV's. The tips and suggestions are great! Like I always say when taking on a large or multifaceted project, " it's just like eating an elephant, you have to do it a bite at a time". Safe travels from East Texas.
I prefer the bright white leds over the warm white. They are bright!

Hello Eric. Those type of bulb fittings are called `bayonet` fittings. They are very common in the UK ( until Ikea change the way us brits install bulbs i.e. screw fit ,lol ) I can bet that you cant wait until you get rid of your US tv channels. I've been to America a few times and you have far to many adverts, its spoils the shows that you are watching !! . Not been on your channel for a while . I've noticed no Jax. I would have thought when you were talking about how hot the old Light bulbs got that sometimes thats a good thing to give inside the RV some heat for winter. Save on using your generator.. Correct me if i am wrong,,,,...BUT i have to say as an aging woman with vision issues, those new light bulbs are fantastic for us..I can see clearer....
The old bulbs get so hot, they melt the plastic fixtures!!!
Probably already replaced them, but for the small recessed bulbs take one to an auto parts store... Can probably find something there.

Hi Eric, great up grade with LED lights! I did the same right after getting our 98 American Dream coach. The one light you got that was the wrong size, l have changed it also , they make in a flat style bulb to fit in that recessed light.

You can get those LED bulbs at your local auto parts store. DC at 12 volts should be no problem in a wet area.
I think you meant, "momentary" switch, not, "monetary".😁 A momentary switch turns power on to something momentarily. A monetary one...? Maybe that would spit out a dollar every time you press it...?

Just FYI Eric, when you can't find something easily and you have an example on hand you can use the google widget on your phone to take a picture of it and it will find it for you. I find it can find even the most obscure things.

Try the Mccormick Montreal chicken seasoning on you hamburgers 🍔 they make a steak seasoning that's great for steaks.. but I like the chicken seasoning better for burgers because has more garlic salt and onion salt in it..makes burgers 🍔 fantastic 😋 👌 😀

The bright white/daylight lights are not recommended for bedroom use. The blue frequencies can interfere with your Circadian rhythm, and thus your sleep. Better to have a "warm" softer light in the bedroom.
There are a lot of dangers to LED lights.
