    I just started my hair journey and your videos have helped me so much since we pretty much have the same hair texture. Especially that detangling trick! I used to dread washing my hair because it would take me AT LEAST an hour to detangle. I've tried to use hh before but as soon as I put my hair under running water the tangles just fell out. I'm so glad I finally solved this problem! I almost gave up on my WL goal because I had no clue how I was gonna comb through all that hair lol.

    I use aloe vera because it is natural and it gives my hair a soft smooth hold. They sell the 100% aloe vera gel at Walmart.

    @Mira L i dont think stretching relaxers is the key to hair growth but I think in some cases it could affect the overall health of your hair if your are relaxing too soon. I stretch my relaxers 12 weeks as well. I wish I knew the name of this polish! Thanks for complimenting it.

    How often do you wash your hair while you are stretching 6 weeks & beyond? Do feel it's best to wash or co-wash once a week to spread your washings past a week if you have lots of new growth? Your hair is just amazingly beautiful! Very inspiring!!

    It's called a damn "do rag" where I'm from. Excuse my French. But girl you make me want to go back relaxed. But I would miss my natural curls too much. Sadly I'm sure these techniques could only work on my stretched hair.

    I went back and watch the video and u said u detangle w/ur finger. I made a huge mistake I detangle under running water w/ a wide tooth comb and I saw a little too much(tear) but I have learned.

    • @prettywitty77
      @prettywitty77  10 лет назад

      Its okay to use the wide tooth comb under water WITH conditioner. But once I'm out of the shower, I do use my fingers.
