I have been watching your videos for weeks now! Today I'm officially starting my healthy hair journey. You are such an inspiration for those of us who want to have healthy relaxed hair. By coincidence I already use some the same products and I only relax 3 or 4x a year. My issue has always been keeping my hair thick/healthy once it's past my neck/shoulders; I have kept my hair cut in a bob to keep my ends looking nice. I'm too ready for a change.

I promise I don't do anything for wash my face with warm water. lol I occasionally rub it with Sea Breeze to remove excess oil/dirt (usually when my hair constantly touches my face) That's it.

You should make a website or blog that documents everything that you use! I'm going to go through all of your videos though and write down everything that I would consider looking up on, but you should make it easy for your viewers and at least list the products in the description box!

Pretty Witty, you explain your technic very simplistic, were a person can actual do it.. I enjoy it and I love it brief, I can actual incorporate your methods I am relax and love it keep up the good work you are my favorite because I can follow this.. and today I did a technic and seen immediate result.. thanks again Your key to healthy hair I think is indirect heat to no heat

Looove these products! I try to go for paraben-free or all natural items because parabens are linked to cancer, and I don't think you mentioned a single product I wouldn't use!

I remember the last time I was sick, my mom made me take the Oil of Oregano, and although it has a GROSSSS taste, my throat got so much better and my cold went away so quickly!

yeah, I used honey in mine too. However, my hair came out really soft and hydrated. If it is protein, it's definitely not strong enough for my hair to tell the difference.

What is your process when you detangle? Do you apply anything to your hair, and do you do it in sections? If so, how many? Sorry bout the questions, I recently got a serious hair cut (unwillingly - I have a horrible hair stylist) and I'm already starting to see my ends thinning and after seeing your vids, I've decided I will be doing everything on my own.

Try a light protein first and see how your hair reacts to it. In my eyes, it's trial and error. ORS replenishing conditioner is a light protein. more moisture tho.

Gosh lol we have so much in common ..i love water ever since i started my weight loss journey in 2011 i drink primarily water and it helped my skin my hair to be so soft. I'm almost at hip length(currently waist length) give or take 6-7 inches lol well not almost there but by dec i hope to be where your at an maintain my thickness aslo. I am a product junky myself bathroom looking like walmart black hair section trying to switch my products to more organic, but you should give GPB aubrey organics conditioner a try it strengthens and softens hair ..i am going to try the glycerin in my conditioner mix..

vitamins do not grow your hair it strengthens your hair o that it will be able to grow E.G if you have damaged hair when you take your vitamin it repairs the damaged hair and keep it on your hair and it wouldn't break off and you can see hair growth :)

Thank you for the videos. Definitely, received alot of info. I have hair growth issues in the front of my scalp, was diagnosed with pcos. Would you add a video on products you have used or will use for hair growth. I have tried Jamaican Blac Castor Oil but I don't think its for me. I think instead of helping my hair grow, it does the opposite.

Omg i said the same thing about the castor oil that it smell like cigarettes. And I'm bout to purchase avocado oil as well for the winter. I don't want frozen hair with the coconut oil like i had for two winters but it felt soft when i went indoors but for some reason i have slight crunchiness so might use for prepoo

I really am informed when I look at your videos.
But I have a bit of concern about my hair journey. I just stared in March 2013. I have seen some growth, but the trouble I am having is finding the right product that work. Especially when I am stretching my relaxer. My new growth becomes hard to manage. Did you have a similar experience? what can you recommend? Thank you :)

so its my first time in two years putting a relaxer and I just used the conditioner in the perm box and did a roller set and let it air dryed. When I took them out is straight but I can't comb all the way in my hair. So next time I washed my hair what should I do? cause I feel like you have so many products and I cant keep up. Do you recommend to air dry or blow dry? thank you

Very curious, you are very ingredient conscious but use the Cantu hair repair, which the 3rd ingredient is alcohol. Are you not worried about the effects of this product? As alcohol strips the hair and can leave it brittle and dry

Co wash is cleaning your hair with conditioner and deep conditioning is letting the conditioner penetrate your hair for a long period of time add a plastic cap. Oh and depending how much product you put in your hair is how often you should wash it. the norm is 1-2 weeks. :)
