    I finally understand why my hair was so long growing up. In addition to my mother's care, I used to hang upside down quite a lot. Lol

    Don't you have to massage your scalp while the blood is rushed to your head for circulation? When I did this, (I stooped over my toilet and bent down until I was red in the face for about 5-8 minutes ...I got desperate lol) and i don't think i massaged at this time, though...but man oh man, in 4 days it grew about two inches!!! This stuff REALLY WORKS. My hair grows SOOO SLOW even for being Black and Turkish. its prone to damage. I cut about two inches of damage and so its one inch from my middle chest. Im gonna try this again and get it to my waist like my twin!
    TRY THIS GUYS! This beats all keratin products, vitamins, hair growth serums. This is it!! But of course keep it moisturized so you can keep this length without having to cut it off. Next time i wash my hair, ill try this! I co-wash everyday for about a week.

    This reminds me of the Jerri curl when you'd moisturizer your hair then put the cap on go to bed... and women hair use to grow supper fast with the excess moisture on your cap. it pretty much the same thing. New name but it does work... JUst a New name. .It funny how things just resurface.. Welcome back!!

    Hello and Thank you soooo very much. I wanted to let those skeptics out there know that this inversion method TRULY DOES WORK!! . I started about 5 weeks ago and do the exact same thing, except for using a couple of different oils in the mixture. The same process and procedure is followed and have significantly have grown 5-6 inches of hair, NO JOKE!!. I can definitely shoot myself in the foot for not having to taken pics prior to my start date. I've been monitoring my hair growth every two weeks and want to give you props for such a great video and effective hair growth treatment. It really works!! I wouldn't waste my time commenting if it weren't true!! You all have to try it.

    PLEASE READ THIS HOME GIRL! So I started the inversion method yesterday friday april 18 and I did it an hour ago for my second time and I don't know if it's ok but I cut about an inch before starting it and I just noticed by comparing and measuring that I grew an inch and it's only the second time I've done it. It's not a lie and I'm in total shock, in a span of at least 48 hours that inch grew back. What I did though is not put the oil in the roots only, I put it on the roots, ends and nape and that line that divides your hair and face, but I think I used a really old olive oil also, I hope you read this longNhealthy, and try it out too it's a miracle.

    Because my hair absorbs oils, I do not have to wash my hair until 3 days later. If your hair gets really greasy with the oil, leave the oil in for a few hours and then wash it out. :)

    Yes, my hair is chemically straightened. Gratefully, my hair thrives off of oil and I don't have to wash it out until later in the week. Many ladies' hair gets greasy like yours and therefore will need to wash the oil out after leaving it in for a few hours. :)

    • @xzLadyLicousxz

      you can keep it for a couple of hours or overnight, the longer the better. In my personal experience i keep oil on my hair for about 3 days and wash it off, but it might take time to see the results but you will definitely be able to see them soon if you follow this routine of oiling your hair regularly. :)

    • @patrycjastala5253
      @patrycjastala5253 11 лет назад

      Sometimes you might need to wash your hair twice, also make sure you massage enough shampoo into your scalp so that it would wash off the oil. There should be no problem washing the oil off if you do it the right way :)

    • @jaydee19581
      @jaydee19581 11 лет назад

      you might also be over doing the oil. try using a little less. I use coconut oil and it is the only oil that is completely adsorbed by the hair.

    Hi! first of all, I love your method! I was wondering if instead of an oil, conditioner or a hair mask would work as well because of the smell. I also think that a conditioner or a hair mask could even work better because it contains more useful substances for your hair.

    lol. Results not significant enough for me to risk a blood clot or nose bleed. Green house Method definitely works, scalp oil massages work, protective styling- yes, cwazy upside down antics is a bit much.

    Do you have to wash your hair first or can you begin to apply the oil on dirty hair?

    If you do this method consistently will it break or damage your hair?

    I'm going to try this but I'm not going to oil my scalp...personally I hate anything on my scalp as I sweat a lot in my head (living in the Caribbean is no joke!) and I'm worried about it getting all smelly and mucky cuz I don't have the time to wash it during the week. My plan is to just invert myself and massage my scalp. I'll see how that goes!

    The "inversion" method name comes from yoga. Where they do multiple poses of their bodies being inverted

    Got covid and clumps of my hair came out. Going to try this to help with the regrowth. Oil scalp, invert for 4 minutes. Do for 7 days. Sleep in shower cap on 3 of the days.

    How often should you do the treatments during the week? Do you style as normal during the process week? How often can you repeat the process or is there a limit, dont want to overload my scalp and cause breakage/fallout. Thanks for sharing this!
