I like this one! Love that the bathroom and bedroom in around a corner.
I love the offset hallway
I've been looking all over for a nice conversion, but all that I have found so far is neglected junk, still looking for that needle in a haystack, like this one here, and they are always sold when I find one, but also keeping an older Prevost in mind if I can't find a nicely done bus like this.
Any good bus I featured for sale on this channel sold in a week.

More will pop up as winter comes on, and the economy continues to tank, oh and now there is a diesle shortage hoax, these people done lost thier mind, anyway back to buses, I'm in north central Texas about 60 miles north of Dallas, if you hear of any good ones. It has to pass inspection and the wife test though lol.
1961 4106. Auto. 8v71. Gets 7.6 mpg Doesn't matter if im going 60 mph or 85 mph.
Very nice, clean and looks well cared for!
Very beautiful
Your bus is gorgeous and even more so considering that its actually an antique. Really nice job.
Thanks.
Really nice setup!!! Thanks Scott!
That is a nice bus. Thanks.
Beautiful bus thank you for sharing this video
Beautiful!
well done
How's this old girl do in the mountains? She looks heavy, but very well built for a conversion. Like you said it looks dated, but honestly wouldn't take a whole lot to make her interior look 22nd century. Make a good reto unit for a couple. I love it!
She lumber like the beast she is. Hehe
With the turbo it will do better than most.
Love this bus
Very nice !!!!!!
Nice coach. I'm curious as to the construction of the ceiling coverings. Is that a padded material in strips?
White Marine Vinyl sewn as strips into one custom fit. Each segment is attached to a wood strip then lapped over to continue from one side of the bus to the other.
@@charliemcdaniel7496 Very nice. I really appreciate you getting back to me. I am converting my own bus so obviously I am not going to buy yours, but I appreciate you spending the time to reply. I hope you find a buyer that will maintain it to stay as nice at it is.

Complimenti bellissimo video io ho fatto dei modellini in scala se ti va di vederli su RUclips antonello vicino autobus di tutto il mondo se ti va puoi lasciare un commento grazie
I love old bus conversions. My problem is the old Detroits are lousy on fuel economy 4-5 mpg sucks 250,000 mile life expectancy sucks . A 3176 gets 10+ mpg and a million miles. A 12 valve Cummins conversions would get 10+ mpg and 500,000 life.
Your statement about mpg is incorrect as it relates to their use in a 4106 bus which is built like an airplane and has an excellent power to weight ratio. Fully loaded my bus weighs 26,500 and with a lead foot gets 6-7 mpg. I don’t want others reading your comment taking it as fact. Source: actual 4106 owner and driver.
@@ThisOldBus the industry standard on semis with a gross vehicle weight of 80,000 pounds plus is 7 MPG I have 40+ years of experience in the trucking industry and am confident in my assessment of the old detroits.they are what I cut my teeth on and quickly learned that they were substandard .
Believe what you wish my statement I stand behind poor fuel economy and short life expectancy are the hallmarks of old Detroits. I wouldn't buy anything with a old Detroit in it without including the room needed to repower it with a reliable better performing engine. . The only Detroits I would consider are the series 60 a 7 MPG motor but the ability to go 1 million miles between unframed or a old non turbo 8.2 that will run 200,000 if lucky a slow motor that gets unequal mpg in the 20 mpg range ( they are nicknamed the fuel pincher in the marine industry but subject to a short life) because the cost of frequent overhauls easily is covered by the fuel savings. Sorry that you have a nice bus with a expensive boat anchor motor
@@timerickson7056 Thank you for your opinion. However I am confused on why you feel the need to dissuade someone from a potential purchase when not asked for.
@@timerickson7056 Your experience with Detroit's are skewed toward constant heavy use in semi's, in my experience 39+ years in the motorcoach seat driving them, typically it's about 500k overhauls. If you're getting less, the operator is to blame for poor maintenance.
Meh, $22g's my thoughts!.
Thank you for the appraisal.
