Resident Evil 4 is a 2023 survival horror game developed and published by Capcom. A remake of the 2005 game Resident Evil 4, it was released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S on March 24, 2023. Players control the US agent Leon S. Kennedy, who must save Ashley Graham, the daughter of the United States president, from the mysterious Los Iluminados cult. The remake features redesigned visuals and atmosphere, plot, casting and characters, and gameplay mechanics.

Like when he was playing Mortuary assistant and didn't notice the Demon sitting on the shelf watching him being absolutely mental...It leaves you feeling like the Demon is the one being horrrified by what's going on.

I’m only like 5 hours in and I’m pretty sure I’ve stepped in every single one lol. They don’t even do that much damage, it’s just mildly annoying.
@@mariuszpudzianowski8400 Compromise I guess? They knew itll be hard to spot and annoying so decided no damage is inflicted to limit the punishment, but wanted players to be on their toes? Maybe?

Juat played part of this for the first time last night since 06, gotta say I'm really loving the changes they made to the village and story. I miss the original voices for saddler and the merchant won't lie.

From what playthroughs I've seen it seems like its easier than the original due to the improved control scheme, is that not the case?
@@joevenespineli6389 in my experience some part are harder compared to the original games but maybe that's me having an average skill issue moment
The game started out seeming easy but it got progressively harder, maybe I need to play on Hardcore for my 2nd playthrough. Killed Salazar on my 3rd or 4th try in the Remake while it took me about 15-20 tries on the OG

I know this video hasn't done particularly well compared to others, but if you feel up to it, Kevin, it would be amazing to have more of this game out. This Kevin brand of light-hearted commentary and chaotic decision making really generates a uniquely fun experience of watching something that's supposed to be fairly serious. Stepping on every bear trap you encounter and the military genius move of cowardice-induced friendly fire are further bonuses of course.

@@cauliflowerconnoisseur2710 no need to devalue others experiences. Anxiety and depression vary from person to person. There is no "cure" for something like that, but the stuff Kevin does provides a comfort and a welcome distraction, often in a troubling situation that really can "save" aka help a person going through a depressive episode.

Hey Kevin! love your content. If you are looking for games to play you should look into the Long Dark. It is a survival singleplayer game where your character has been dropped into the Canadian wilderness and has to survive during the winter. There are plenty of ways for it to go wrong which makes it perfect for you (: There is a story mode but the survival mode is much better. The maps are huge and it has quite a dedicated community.

5:03 I make barrels for a living. The are designed to withstand massive blunt trauma. Leon's kicks with hundreds of pounds of force, to break that barrel in such a manner.
Can’t decide which is better: Kevin buying a whole typewriter just for a 2 second prop or Kevin already having a typewriter just casually laying around to use

1. Would definitely love to see more.
2. I would bet the blue medal you were missing was the one by the cow ( the initial spot you walk in). It's on a pillar that can barely be seen from an angle.
3. If you haven't yet once you get a chance to go back to the shopkeepers boat shop take the elevator down and do the shooting range. You can at least easily win 3 random charms to attach to your case that will either give you a boost in some Stat or a discount in the store.

Ive never played re4 myself, and my only experience with it is from watching variety lets players (callmekevin, oneyplays, etc) play it. They only ever seem to play up to around same point where this video ended, if not sooner.
I think its the only part of the game I've ever actually seen.

This is one of those games I find really entertaining to watch, but less so to play myself; I'd definitely watch a fully playthrough!
The OG is still amazing for both great game and nostalgia. The remake is fantastic! More love went into this from the other remakes they've done so far. Everyone loves Leon sure. Plus is the best game in the franchise imo. 🥰🙌🔥

I learned recently that they redesigned the crocodiles from "I Just Can't Wait to be King." The crocodiles from the DVDs and streaming look like those monster wolves. Seems like the site users enjoyed those crocs better. . . It was weird.

Kevin I really want more of this, I've never played resident evil nor do I really like the franchise but the game has this special kind of touch to it where it basically sets you up for some amazing jokes and with your humor I laugh like a maniac.
