I'm just started this with scarfie seafoam/ sand color way. I doesn't color change as fast but over all I think it be beautiful. It seems to be rather small 5 so mine may be smaller or make more motifs.

Good job as always. But I can't work on crocheting or knitting now though I won't let that go for good. I crochet with thin threads mainly lace for motifs like that. I tend to knit with yarns. I have had multiple yarn motifs to put together to be a blanket. I'm not sure if I can continue or resume working on it. I've been feeling threatened by the modern social systems and ppl. 🤢🤢
I’m really not sure. I didn’t weigh the one motif when I was teaching it to figure out yardage. I’m sorry. You could email yarnspirations and see if they can contact designer to crochet a new motif to weigh it. You could do the same of crocheting just one and weigh it on your postal scale. That’s what i would do.
I think you just have to keep looking around Ruby. I think the yarn used in this pattern has been discontinued. The stripes are shorter in length so Caron Cakes wouldn't work. Someone else asked me this same question, I don't have any substitutes at this time. I'm sorry.
I would do a gauge check before you start. You will see it buckle if the hook doesn't match. Just have to test. I don't know how many yards in a 4 ply #4 medium weight because the sample hasn't been done in that. Sorry, I don't have any concrete info.
Mikey, I am sorry to bother you but I would like to make this afghan bigger but I have no idea how I would crochet the motifs together. Could you send me a diagram of how to make the afghan bigger. I will need to make 17 motifs to make the size i want. Please help!!!!
The second video in this series is the joining and yes, you can add more. Yes, the diagram is available for the joining as well. Joining Video and Diagrams to join can be found here. You can make as many motifs as possible as the border just works with what you have put together. I'm unable to duplicate the error as it's working for me. Over night, websites like Yarnspirations, JOANN and Michaels do a regeneration that resets the website. Happens in the middle of the night each day. Look at you posted this 5 hours, I am thinking you may have stumbled upon the regeneration. I will check again later today but as of 7:24 am my time, it's working.
