I love that you've included the diagrams, I can't personally read them completely yet but having them by the steps of the pattern definitely helps to understand them.
Loved watching this tutorial and plan to make this blanket using up some of my over-full pile of leftover yarns, just for fun. What an amazing job Mr.BOD did. Awesome!
I finished this blanket last month, it’s beautiful, I had too many Bernat blanket yarn left and this blanket was perfect. My daughters are competing to get it. Amazing tutorial, Thank you like always!
Mike you were the first RUclips video I watched... love how you write diagrams. I know you have done videos before on graphagans could you please please do the one with numbers...rather than graph. I want to make a Habs blanket for my guy but have problems following graphs....I have made so many things bc you are one of the best!
I really struggle with grapghan making in teaching format. I am usually too long winded in the process and get nailed with so many terrible comments about being too detailed. So I try to avoid it to save people from being upset.
Mikey, what a beautiful pattern. I have seven totes of odd balls of yarn. I buy extra when making anything. This makes my husband mad. I now have an idea on what to use them for. Thanks for the wonderful tutorial.
Thank you! Something different that I'll deffo do with all my orphan yarns! Can anyone please tell me what the names of the other 2 daisy stitch blankets are? TIA! 😍🌎✌🏼
Sure in the video description, there is a link back to the website which that information can be found with links to the free patterns. Probably the easiest for you.
Mikey, I wonder how you would go about making this into a shawl that is a triangle? It seems like you could do it but I do not know have a clue as how you would decrease.
Great idea. That will require research and I believe anything is possible. Trial and error but I don't have an answer off the top of my head at the moment.

I think the individual stitch diagrams along the way are genius. Such a good idea.
I think so too!
I like how tight the flowers are. This will be a cozy heavy blanket. All what a blanket should be. Thank you ☺
Or if you up the hook size it can be an airy version, perhaps for a shawl
Great tip!
You’re welcome 😊
Fabulous idea to get rid of the is balls. The best is your narration though, you're just so real and genuine
Thanks for letting me be the person I am to teach. I appreciate that,... A LOT.
I'm all for finding something to make a dent in my ball collection. I love the Odd Ball. Thank you for the narrative. Had me giggling along with you.
Only live once right!? :D

Thank you Mikey. I certainly have a lot of worsted odd ball yarn
You're welcome.
Thank you so much for doing this. As soon as I saw the flower garden pattern, I wanted to do exactly what you did here.
Great minds think alike!
I just finished this in a baby blanket using #4 weight yarn. I used my "oddball" skeins that didn't have enough on them to make a big project.
How did it turn out?
@@TheCrochetCrowd it turned out ok. Not the prettiest thing I've ever made but it'll keep a little one warm!!!
Love the daisy stitch it looks so pretty! Thank you for sharing 🐰🐰

I also find that the width of the throw blanket makes a nice scarf length if you don't have enough left over yarn for a full blanket. 🙂 ch.103 start.
that's true too! :D
Well done Michael! This is brilliant!
Great stash busting idea.
