Jenny was really busy recording these videos for us, while her and her wonderful husband is on a mission in Africa. God bless you Jenny and Ron. Thanks for all you do.
Jenny, you are the most thoughtful human. You used your time before leaving to contine these tutorials. 😊 you are my favorite celebrity ever. Blessings and prayers for you while you are away serving the less fortunate.
Thank you MSQC, really appreciate your efforts to keep us close to Jenny. You must miss them both so much. Hope they manage to achieve great things and they return home full of great stories to tell. ❤🎉😊
I was so surprised and happy to see this video in my feed this morning! Thanks for pre-recording some wonderful ideas for us, Jenny. Love this pattern.❤
I love this disappearing block! What executive thinking to plan all the videos, and what a surprise for us. Happy & safe travels Jenny and Ron! Blessings to all you do. Happy sewing!
Love this…especially the squaring tip. If you don’t have a cool ruler w/that diagonal line, you can create one on a ruler you have until you are able to get one from Missouri Star. Thank you Jenny and MSQC for sharing these tutorials while Jenny and Ron are on their mission. We are all thinking of them 🥰
Love your disappearing quilts. So fun to cut up and see how it comes together. thank you for challenging us. The first time I did one of these I said a prayer and then cut. Came out great. I was the Crazy Eighths.
Great video! I’m left handed but also slightly ambidextrous. This means I don’t need to use a rotating mat, I just switch the cutter to the other hand. It is such a huge advantage for cutting.
Thank you so much for taking such good care of all of us who love you. Your girls are doing a fabulous job, by the way.😊 Blessings to you and you guys while on mission. Take care.
Very thoughtful! Happy she took the timecto leave tutorials for us!! Great job as always Jenny. I pray for you, Ron, and a successful mission every day😊
Love this one, Jenny. Misssouri Star has made quilting so much fun with these time saving tools. When I began I was cutting templates from cereal boxes! More time means more quilts! This would be so fun in a samller version made from nursery fabric for a baby quilt, too. Thanks for all your tricks and tips.
I ordered the new tools before they are out of stock because of others watching this video and getting excited to buy them. They really will make disappearing blocks so much easier to create. 😊
So, I made a mistake and made easy eight not four half square triangles. Now , would anyone have any idea what measurements I would use to cut the disappearing hour glass at? Or tell me how the measurement is calculated? Please Thank you in advance
Hi. I think it's possible to do this as a beginner. My first one was a Lone Star which no one recommended to start with. But I really wanted to do a Lone Star and it turned out great - as long as you really want to sew this one you will also achieve it! That's the most important thing / believe in you. Happy quilting and have fun!

I have been looking for the right pattern for my "the Cotswold Holiday" layer cake and I think this is the perfect pattern for it.
This is a beautiful quilt. I love the design.
Love this! Pretty sure I have to make this one. Something about this reminds me of Summer in the Park, which is one of my favorites. ❤
So many patterns, so little time! This pattern is a keeper, thank you
Great video! I’m left handed but also slightly ambidextrous. This means I don’t need to use a rotating mat, I just switch the cutter to the other hand. It is such a huge advantage for cutting.

Another beautiful quilt. Love the fabric you used. I always enjoy your mantras to remind you what to do.
This reminds me of the quatrefoil quilt. So pretty! 🌷

Thanks Jenny! I have been looking for a quilt block that makes a "mosaic tile." I can't wait to make this quilt!
Greetings from California! This is such a great quilt pattern and quite easy to execute with your tutorial. You’re a fabric wizard that inspires me ❤️

Beautiful and easy block
Brita the Questioning Quilter also has a video on this pattern and calls it the Moroccan Star quilt.
She has also done one very similar recently called pumpkins and bats.
She is so talented and has made so many of them! Great minds…check out her channel ! She is a great teacher!
Better add this one to my list!
I ordered the new tools before they are out of stock because of others watching this video and getting excited to buy them. They really will make disappearing blocks so much easier to create. 😊

I think G'Daisy is a spin on the Australian greeting "G'day." G'Day(i)-sy
Absolutely stunning fabric choice! It’s a difficult looking block/quilt but simple to do. ❤
I love your videos: knowledge, good mud and fun 🤩 ! thank you 🙏
Hello from Ireland 🇮🇪

So pretty wth this fabric
Another cool one, Jenny! I wonder what a different color background would look like hmmm.
I’m working on this patchwork with different colors! I’m hoping it turns out just as beautiful as hers

Yay for prerecording! Enjoy your mission and hurry home!

👏👏👏👏
So, I made a mistake and made easy eight not four half square triangles. Now , would anyone have any idea what measurements I would use to cut the disappearing hour glass at? Or tell me how the measurement is calculated? Please Thank you in advance
I would be so nervous to make those 4 triangles the way she does because I'm pretty sure I'd keep rolling with the blade. 😂
My husband first of all loves your technique. Second he wants to know the brand of iron that is and we subscribed.
That is an Oliso iron, with the Missouri Star design.
G Daisy might be short for Gerber daisy
Do you think this would be a beginner friendly quilt?
Hi. I think it's possible to do this as a beginner. My first one was a Lone Star which no one recommended to start with. The problem in using pre cut fabrics is they can not be pre washed before sewing to prevent shrinkage after the quilt top is made .
How does the white ones work
I think we need an update from Jenny and Ron (or via the kids) on how things are going for them.
Could it be G Daisy like Good Days y
Could you please tell me the price in Australian dollars thank you
JENNY, I would love if you could tell us the color name of your background fabrics when doing tutorials thanks
This is a great quilt idea!! Thanks Jenny!!
❤❤❤
