I love all three quilts. Well done ladies. I think I will make Natalies first. You are stars. We in South Africa love MSQC even if we do not get a huge choice of fabric. Ww often use local Africa prints and all three quilts will look beautiful in these. Take Care. Lots of blessings to MSQC and staff.
I can only imagine how beautiful the kaleidoscopes will be in traditional African prints!

If you can I would love to see your African Kaleidoscope quilts!
Me too!!!!
I like that Misty went for a 4-patch kaleidoscope. The blocks make think of vintage tiles.
I have a large stash of Misty's fabric which I purchased just "because" I loved the print so much. NOW I have a new project already on hand! LOVE the smaller, easier version of it!!
Misty's blocks with the different construction is actually adding a lovely rounded effect to the squares. They look like tiles! I loved all 3 quilts!
I was cheering for that setting too!😂
Wonderful! Hint: you can use the Color dots on the selvage edges to measure the repeats from, instead of finding a particular spot on the fabric. 😊
Misty’s on-point construction trick is clever.
I love Natalie’s big quilt the best, but Jenny’s UFO quilt is amazing! Using a background fabric that matches the background in the print fabric… it makes it look like fancy floating Christmas snowflakes! Love it!!! Definitely going to look for a black background Christmas fabric to try that, and use black as my background fabric, too!
I agree! The smaller Christmas one was my favorite!
You find the repeat by measuring from the beginning of the words on the selvedge to the next time they appear. It’s normally 24” but sometimes varies. It’s much hardly to get your repeat exactly by just eyeballing the print
Natalie, your quilt is my favorite. I love all the quilts yours brought back very warm memories. What you call the rhombus my mother call a diamond piece. My mother sew the 6 diamonds together sometimes on a peddle machine. I would help her by handing her 2 pieces, and then we cut apart. Then I hand mom a third piece. Then she sewed 2 of the three together. This made a star. Mom then turn a setting diamond on it side and hand sew them between the star point. Then, the other side of the setting diamond would be sew into another star to set the star together. Then, when the top was finished, she would hand quilt the quilt. She outline each seam of the quilt. My mother has been gone 48 years. And it will be over 60 years since these time happen.
I usually have a favorite of the Triple Play patterns, but I love all three of these! Such a great use of busy & larger prints!❤
WHOA! i never saw that on-point trick misty showed. i'm putting my next quilt on-point. sooo cool, i love new shortcut ways!
All of them are beautiful. Misty's quilt reminds me of vintage handkerchiefs, I love it.
I agree with the girls. The wreath center literally jumped off the table!
Jenny~~!!! I can't tell you how impressed I am with this project of yours....seems outside the box for you. I'm SO inspired. I like that they are completely separated so each block can be appreciated. That background was more charcoal once you hung the Christmas piece in front with the black background. Thanks for the inspiration!!
The Christmas quilt is so striking. I think the UFO is my favorite this time.
Natalie, I gasped when you showed your quilt -- wonderful! All the quilts were great - so now kaleidoscope is on my list of to dos.
Very interesting, as always! Good job, Misty, for thinking outside the box, going with kaleidoscope four-patch instead of the classic 60° wedge. They are ALL beautiful!
I love the whole concept of Triple Play - it’s brilliant, and I always learn so much. Thank you!❤️
I agree! I look forward to Triple Play videos, but this is one not for me!
I am going to be sad with only double plays come September
Way to go ladies, three very beautiful quilts. I especially appreciate the fact that you gave us three different tools to make the blocks. Well done!
My favorite day is Triple Play Day! ❤️
Y'all made it look so easy. I've been intimidated by this type of quilt. Awesome!
Natalie, you always knock it out of the park!
Oh wow Misty! Mind blown! Love putting the 4-patch on point trick
I'm so glad Nat said sew the wreath! Gorgeous!
Natalie can be counted on to do the numbers!! Love it.
Three beautiful quilts again! It is always hard to pick a favorite. Thank you.
All three are so different and so beautiful. I loved all of them! Great job, ladies!!!
the 10 year quilt..looks like its velvet. love them all!
I thought the same thing when Jenny started to sew together the third option, b/c the light wreath was my favorite too.
I had not seen the method that Misty used for adding the background on her square kaleidoscope quilt. I love it. It would be a great Spring table for my dining room table. And last but NOT least, Natalie's Rhombus Kaleidoscope is adorable. I love the suggestion of using a child's favorite character to make them a quilt. As always, the three of you truly inspired me!
One of the possible variations on Natalie's design is you could make it bigger by using the rhombus stars in solids or blender fabrics that coordinated with the kaleidoscope. Plus borders!
Jenny, love your smaller kaleidoscope squares!!!
I love the smaller kaleidoscope better!
The same but different! I love all three. Very clever ladies😊
Jenny's is my fav. Kaleidoscope quilt is on my list.
Wow! Thank you so much for this triple play and the idea of making the kaleidoscope with different shapes. I was intrigued when I saw this pattern in the BLOCK magazine and now I have even more options! Thanks again for sharing your talent with the world. So beautiful!
Hello everyone, I'm always happy about your great new ideas - greetings from Sweden - and thank you very much for your videos
That's so amazing! Thank you for showing different shapes with the kaleidoscope blocks.
I like Natalie's quilt best.
One of my favorite patterns, and just taught it recently to our 4-H sewists 🍀
I sure look forward to your Triple Plays!!❤
I love them all. Natalie, yours is my favorite. I can't wait to make one.
All three look great to have a go! Thanks ladies!
Love the three different ways to make kaleidoscope
Kaleidoscope blocks are sooo fun to make! I especially loved how Misty put hers on point. Natalie again hits it out of the park with her pattern!!
Jenny, yours reminds of the assembly on your diamond dance quilt. I absolutely love this!
I love triple play it's a real treat for me - I love all the quilts - thank you so much x
Natalie, I really do like your creativity when it comes to designing quilts. You think outside the box and have an eye for that quilt that is somewhere between comfy, quasi modern hippie, art quilt and home economics 101 basics. Keep them coming!
I thoroughly enjoy Triple Play!! I am learning different techniques from you three ladies. I don't know which quilt I like the best...love the fabric and style of all three!
Natalie I never seen anything like yours. Amazing!
Natalie’s quilt reminded me of the sherrif’s badges we had when I was a kid. I thought the John Wayne Courage fabric would make cute stars. The John Wayne Courage panel surrounded by stars would be cute, too.
All three quilts are beautiful!
This is great! I love the tip Misty showed us. You're all so talented! Thank you!
Hi ladies! I love them all & thought I'd seen it before, but Misty's 4-patch version is just so fun & different!! Especially the way it ends up as a square in a square type of look 😊😊 I got tickled at Jenny finishing a 10-year-old UFO!! I'm sure some of us have lots that old-I know I do🤣🤣
Amazing...love them all and you guys are so creative!!!
I really like the idea of using more than just triangles to make kaleidescope quilts! Thx!
Oh my, Jenny, your little kaleidoscope quilt is stunning! You guys hit it out of the park with this Triple Play.
I love all three ( and Jenny's completed ufo). I've made table toppers with the 60° triangle, but this Triple Play gives the idea new meaning❤😊
🎉❤😊OMGoodness ! I really needed this Triple Play Day! 🎉❤😊
I enjoy the triple plays so much. Thanks for the ideas!
Remarkable designs, ladies. Makes me want to stop what I'm doing and start a kaleidoscope quilt... y'all take care, blessings.
Love it.... its definitely on my very long list of wanna dos... thanks for the creative ideas!!
Another great triple play!!!! Love the results.
This has been one of my favorite triple plays! I loved ALL of your quilts and techniques and now am anxious to try my own versions. Thank you Jenny, Misty and Natalie🙂
I love them all but Natalie's wins.
Misty blew my mind!!❤😂
I sure hope this tutorial will be in one of your BLOCK magazines. Fantastic tutorial
I started a Kaleidoscope Quilt a few years ago...now you have inspired me to finish it. Great tutorial! 🧵🪡
Gorgeous quilts. My favorite is Jenny’s Christmas Quilt. I think it is beautiful
Great ideas ladies! 💕 Liking that you returned to the original music and Chuck’s original quack 😁👍
I love these quits! I think Natalie’s is my favorite, but they are all beautiful! ❤️❤️❤️
All the quilts were cute, but I have to say, I really loved Natalie's quilt best.
Natalie, that shirt looks so cute on you! Love it!
They are all so unique and beautiful!
Fabulous tutorial! Three shapes to choose from in making the kaleidoscope pattern. Pick your size. What an inspiration! I always thought this pattern would be hard as well as use a lot of fabric. Now I see lots of options. This is what teaching is all about. To inspire as well as demonstrate. Thanks, Doan Girls!❤
PS Thanks, Jenny for the fussy cut instructions. I've never tried & never had a lesson -- always wondered what & how to make it work. Inspiring!
Beautiful Christmas quilt oh my word 🎉
Love them all and there's something for everyone. I'm going to try Misty's first because I think it works for my brain, then I can try the others. Thanks ladies, you did a fantastic tutroial!!
All 3 are stunning. Thank you
Such a great idea on how to use flowery fabric!!

These are all beautiful,,,Thank you 😊
I love all 3 quilts and haven’t seen or done the cutting process. Very clever
Thank you for sharing
All of them was very pretty, love them
So pretty, all of them. I like that you showed more than the triangle in this. I did a Stack 'n Whack many years ago that was so like this. They are so fun. Love it.
Another great triple play!,
I’m newer to quilting. I didn’t realize their were other options fur a kaleidoscope quilt other than a hexagon. You blew my mind! I think I will start with the square on point. Loved them all.
I love all 3!!! Beautiful work!!!
Beautiful quilts, ladies! I love Natalie’s - may actually give it a try!😊
🏆🏆🏆 Thank you Ladies!
Amazing! I learned so much and have the courage to actually try one for the first time!
I really love this! I will be looking at prints a whole new way now!
I also love all 3 quilts! So much you can do with a Kalediscope Quilt! I have purchased some fabric some time ago to do one, gonna have to get it done! Thanks to all if you!! ❤
Oh my love all three.
I have made 2 wall hangings using panels that were on sale. Love the square ones for panels! Thanks ladies!
Love you ladies and your quilts today were amazing!
