During my spinal flexes I could hear the fluid move out of the stiff part of my nape and up my neck and I got a wave of an epiphany of my truth. Allowing more of my memories and thoughts pass through as I release, and I’m much less afraid of how I used to feel. My truth was previously hard to accept. A lot of acceptance of reality, perhaps awareness of my perception of reality. I find it difficult to explain right now. However inside, as part of my developing truth, it’s making more sense with every conscious movement. Today was day 30 of my 40-Day challenge. Thank you Salimah. 💛

After 80 days of doing a combination of the spinal, depression and anxiety sets on a daily basis, (followed by a 10 min "letting go meditation), I do feel stronger, lighter, more connected, more flexible and calmer... I feel as though I have worked through and released so much from the past... Today I chose to revisit this set and I am aware that I am feeling totally different, lighter, more open, loving acceptance and excitement and hope for the future. (I have some challenging stuff going on, but, somehow free from the panic, worry and anxiety about it... I am where I am meant to be). Thank you Salimah. Sat nam.
