Goodness, i felt really emotional during this Krya. Tears and sadness came up... Just went with it... then during the standing on our toes, i got a real sense of rebalancing, feeling stronger from my core and an inner self-assurance. I really am enjoying your classes... they have become almost daily practice... i miss them when i dont do them, (maybe once or twice a week)... However, i have noticed myself to be so much calmer and more grounded. I recently had a car breakdown 400mils from home, (with a poorly cat), and i just let it all go over my head... accepted it, it is what it is.... Someone commented how calm i am... I am convinced this daily practice had a lot to do with how i managed... myself. Thank you.

I start each day with the Ego Eradicator exercise, then do the Welcoming New Energy practice, and have decided to add this one mid-day as a little “pick me up”. You are such a wonderful, gentle and gifted teacher and I am so grateful for finding these beautiful sessions you provide. They absolutely do help! Sometimes they’re sneaky - I may not feel a big shift immediately, but it will hit me out of nowhere during the course of the day and I suddenly feel lighter and happier. Kundalini is such a wonderful gift and I thank you for providing such an incredible service. 🙂

Holy. Moly. Woah. In the middle of the practice, I suddenly saw Kali Maa suddenly rubbing her finger against my chakras VERY and just felt so... like, delightfully out of breath. My one hand also twitched for a couple of seconds.
Beginner here. Sorry if I misunderstand...I've read it's recommended that Kundalini yoga is better done at the start of the day due to the type of energy it uses and starts up. However, this looks like a very gentle session-is this one okay for any time of the day or still best done at the beginning of today?
Hello and welcome. Glad you found your way here. Happy to help. Practice time is personal for everyone. I personally practice at night - house is quiet and I use that time to wind down. I’m not much of a morning person. So that time doesn’t work for me. So experiment - see how it goes. And yes some kriyas will be more calming and other moser energizing. Notice and journal your experiences, dreams, synchronicities. It will become more clear. It’s worth it.
Yes I have seen his video. You have to believe your own experience. If you feel this practice is dangerous then so don’t do it. If it is helpful then carry on.

Fear mongering. Because if we stay cut off from our expanded, healed, conscious selves - we are easier to control and manipulate.
