    • @YogaVisionOnline
      @YogaVisionOnline  6 месяцев назад

      Yes absolutely. You can do 1 or 2 repetitions of the mantra that’s totally fine. As your pregnancy progresses pls remember no forward folds, pressure on the womb space or fast breathing like breath of fire. Go at your own pace and enjoy the practice with your baby. I’ve taught prenatal live and when I met the babies they always recognized my voice. Most moms are led to yoga for their babies. So good on you. 💫

    Hello! Question on the last movement series before the meditation @ about 18 mins in when we make the heart mudra: Am I to inhale - then hold while silently chanting "sat nam" 5X's - then EXHALE COMPLETELY ? Hold the breath after complete exhalation ? and then silently chant "sat nam" 5 more times? I'm confused as to wether or not I am supposed to be chanting "sat nam" on the exhale or on the HOLD AFTER the exhalation. TYSM :)

    I have problems with the first breathing exercise. Since my nose is closed always, at least for one side, this exercise is impossible and if I try it makes me feel even more anxious. Is there an alternative?

      Hi Gray - I think you took the right approach. Do the anxiety practice for 40 days and then do the video for depression for 40 days. You can book a numerology consult with me if you want more specific guidance. Links are in the description box.
