Day 40 completed, and whoa!! I'm feeling mentally, emotionally, and physically unburdened from old patterns. I'm happier, less irritated, and more at peace from within. These 40 mins were the most relaxed, cherished, and perfect ending to my day. The best part is that these 40 mins don't even feel like a whole 40 minutes. Beautiful... Onto my next 40-day practice. My gratitude to YOU now and forever! Also, on the last day of my practice, something surprising happened. There's a relative I held so much anger towards, and I never thought I could forgive them. Today, during my practice, thoughts of them filled me with rage. But with the exhalation, I said, 'I forgive you, (name),' 3 times. In that moment, I felt I regained my power - an unexpected Aha! moment. I forgave someone I never thought I could. Never expected that.
I’ve started another 40-day practice, with this video. I completed my 40-day commitment to myself to remove negativity. This practice is challenging me in physical ways and I feel that my body is increasingly me to do what’s right. My mind is able to take in what’s being revealed with a more gentle flow, though I still recognize my shame of wanting to cry or appear weak. I’m confronting these insecurities with more awareness and seeing where these tendencies stem from. My hips and naval center are experiencing a lot of sensations right now. Thank you very much 🙏🏾
Wow day 31 done! Today i felt i needed to cleanse my aura before as ive been all day around different people - i followed another yogavision video for that and it all felt so good. Nowadays my face smiles compulsively (im normally an upbeat and good vibes person, but now it all feels lighter, im grateful more often and i feel a lot of love in my heart) my general thoughts are much more about what i like and what i want then what i dont like or dont want or fear! So extending my gratitude to you even further ❤

The last week especially, where in the closed eye parts of the kriya, i felt weightless, like my body was made of light and part of the light around me! I dont know if im making sense but it is such a magical feeling 🫶🏻 i feel a big shift in my energy on a day to day basis, everything feels easy and light! Thank you so very much! Day 4 complete. I noticed i am getting flashes of past events i had buried to "move on", that had put me off relationships. It's different this time though, i just remember but with a sense of peace and forgiveness ❤ i look forward to this practice everyday and it feels different each time 🙏🏻 thank you! Day 27 under the light of this beautiful Full Moon! Today this beautiful kriya has felt so so different. Hightened sense of smell! The energy was incredibly strong like a very powerful natural high and a surge of good feelings which felt like hope, love and like knowing its all good. Wow just wow! Thank you! 🙏🏻💙

I find that that is exactly what my body needs during that time of the month and helps so much with my flow being in my mid 40's. So grateful for that too. I have been feeling a lot of pressure on my chest since a few days ago coursed of a really bad situation and this practice helped me so good. I was feeling during the class how my brain realizes the quimicales substances. No more chest pain, my body is less heavy. Hi Salimah, during the breath work, when we close the right side of the nose, I realized that I can't breathe enough on the left side. I couldn't breathe enough till the end, then I hoped to do the same with the left side so that I could see if I can breathe enough on the right side. But we didn't do that. So do you think even though I can't breathe enough, this breathe work, will work for me? Thank you.
Hi there thanks for the question. Do you have a block in the left side? A deviated septum? If so then yes this will be a hard breathing practice to do physically. You can still get benefits by imagining the breath flowing feeling on the left and not blocking it

@Noor-eg6zd yes it happens sometimes when the medicine hits hard. Your choice to continue to let it go. When this happens to me I try it a few more times and if I get the same feeling then I stop. Sometimes the sickness is a clue
I am single since more than 3 years and can’t find a girlfriend. Since I started kundalini yoga I am thinking about sex much more, it's almost all the time. It's really invasive. I waste tons of time on dating sites. This is despite having completely stopped porn 2 months ago. Is there something to do, posture, exercise or kriya, to calm this down?? Thanks.

The last posture duration is kind of hard . Could not do it first time even if I muscle train.

There is something confusing. Why is the word Kryas used for both exercise sequences and involontary movements some experience during meditation?
I have never heard or used the kriya to describe involuntary movements. A kriya in kundalini yoga is a series of movements.
