Hello Salimah! I am not experiencing depression, but I noticed my joy baseline is not at the level it used to be even though my current life is the best it has ever been. So I reckoned it was time to clean my windshield with this kriya. I love doing my regular yoga for health routine and then following that up with some yoga therapy, as you term it. Thank you for including alternate nostril breathing, I had been meaning to do it again for the longest but I did not get around to looking up the timing. Fortunately, if I keep tuning in to your yoga therapy channel, I will catch up with all of those little "good for you" techniques. I'm so excited that you have so many here to choose from for improving the human experience. Love & Light to you, Salimah!
Thank you for letting me know experience. I love the words you choose - windshield wiper! Yes this kriya is a great way to reset. They all are - just depends on what we route we want to take. ⭐️
You're welcome! I noticed what you mentioned about other beings when I am walking outdoors. The ant having an ant experience, the ground squirrel having a squirrel experience and human beings having a human experience all on the same beautiful planet.@@YogaVisionOnline
Thank you 🙏 My mind been a mess long before the pandemic started. Pandemic taught me how to find peace with limited resources, breathe a little bit freely, and find a way to handle everyday stress. Kundalini yoga saved me from falling in to deeper hole.
Thank you for this. I didn’t know I was depressed, which explains my randomly good mood after concluding a project I’ve been working on for quite some time. I do feel a bit sad, not just because this closes a chapter, but also because I’m experiencing the 5 Stages of Grief across the spectrum of my life. Some negative moments in my childhood where I had low trust of adults in my life came up to heal. My body is telling me to stop here for the day, and I thank you for this lesson! 🙏🏾
Thank you for posting this meditation. I am unable to do the part breathing through alternate nostrils. Is it okay to skip this part or do something alternate?
Thank you Salima...tried this practice today
..will keep doing it..felt good but I'm unable to keep hands up for so Long so still need to work on it
Nice! As you build your capacity with this meditation - you may find it easier to keep your hands up.
Sat Nam Maestra. I caught another one today. Thank you for your contribution to life. Thank you for choosing service to others.
Ahhhh. I had no other choice.
I was very weepy and wasn’t able to bring myself to stop. During that last one, I felt the shift and no more tears. You’re much appreciated, Salimah.
Better out than in. ❤️
I felt sooo much pressure on my chest with this one 🥺
Interstesting. Sadness?

Yea you can skip the alternate nostril and replace with inhale for 4 and exhale for 4 - regular breath
Thank you, Salimah.
Of course. I’m right here
