Just finished day 40! I lost 22 lbs since I started this! I lost 12 lbs within the first 3 weeks and the other 10 in the last 10 days! I feel great i have so much energy and everyone has noticed the changes. I have never been able to stick to something like this but your videos were delivered in divine timing. I would love a numerology consult but it's not in my budget right now but I'm going to continue with a different kriya and I know the money will show up if the consult is my next step. I have also been a student of A Course In Miracles for 60 days now ans my transformation is unbelievable! Thank you for these videos and I hope to be in touch soon. 🙏 Gratitude flows through my body now!! 💕💕💕

    Thank You for this Offering🙏🏾
I recently completed 40 days of this practice, in the last days 2023. Took me 10 starts to Complete. I started in April, and when I missed a day, I started over. The longest span of practice before my completion was 33 days.
Each Time taught me and added depth to the lessons I was learning and the insight I was gaining. Each Time, more was uncovered and revealed. I was called out and challenged to evaluate and define/redefine Commitment, Integrity, Discipline, Compassion- what this means to Me and Why I choose it. This Practice has been a Comfort to Me, Stability during a time of profound Realizations and deep Transformation. This Practice has been Medicine for Me during times of depression, anger, fear, confronting trauma and letting go of addictions. This Practice has helped me navigate some heavy energies, and I Am So Grateful for this Sacred Wisdom, and for the Ease of accessibility. Thank You Yogavison🙏🏾Thank You Salimah for Showing Up In Your Gifts, Teaching & Guiding Us on how to work with and Respect this Ancient Knowledge, these Divine Tools that The Ancient Ones, The Ancestors, have passed on to help Us Navigate Our Life & these Times!
Many Thanks To All who have come together to Bring This Forth, May All You Do and All Connected To You Be Abundantly Blessed!

I am a week into this 40 day practice. I love this session. I always feel results right away with Kundalini yoga. I have practiced on and off for 20 years. I got an excellent numerology reading from Salima, and she continues to hold me accountable for my practice. Inconsistency has been my biggest challenge. Yoga vision is exactly what Kundalini yoga needs right now. To encourage people to keep up, and connecting with students to check in with our inner Teacher, and encourage people to take their teacher training. We need as much Kundalini in our world as we can get!

@@YogaVisionOnline Hello Salimah, as I’m a reader and writer and I’m into the teachings of Buddha, Swami Nigamananda Paramahans, Yogi Bajham and etc... I researched in RUclips about yoga teachings and kundalini and between all channels you are one of the best kundalini yoga teachings. 💞

    • @linamarin
      @linamarin 3 года назад +2

@@YogaVisionOnline oh Salimah💞 thank you by taking me in your Q.
I see how you’re navigating the channel with another yogi teachers, and I love these approaches because we can see how each of them can be us, with other perspectives and experiences.
What came to my mind of topics, I have some experiences as a student of kundalini yoga:
      1. how to navigate The resistances: when we meditate and specially kundalini yoga we move lots of energy through our bodies, energy that has been static or stagnent because we’re not aware of the real sufferering from the past and the body reacts in diferent ways. in my experience with kundalini yoga, apart from my exprience of meditation during all my life, I found this very powerful for my health and at the same time as I was’nt aware of the movements of energies with kundalini yoga I had an accident, I broke my arm, which I knew that was my resistences from my past against my true me.
      2. Yogi Bhajan in the Meditation as Medicine speaks about healing stories, I wil love to know more which excersises are good for expecific issues in our body, I know you and your colegues speak about depression, emotions, anxiaety but I realy like to know deeper in our body, I have been learnig by my own these especific healings.
and 3. I was in Japan in a retreat, I was meditating after a section of kundalini yoga and suddenly the monk came to me and said: you don’t need to fight! I was surprised, my eyes were blinking like crazy. He said to me: if you’re feeling ungry, let the ungry come to you, don’t avoid it, as a monk, we also have battles, first of all we’re humans. Instead of fight with your thougths, speak wiht your thoughts, ask that thoughts why am I upset? why am I sad? why am I felling hopeless? where are you coming from? and so on. So my topic here with kundalini yoga is learn the vast world of meditation to integrate it deeper. Some people from the west are very confused with the thecniques of meditation, people believe that meditate is sat down and put away the thoughs, which is not true, as a westerns we need to adapt ourself according to our roots.
      Hugs 💞

I am on day 8 this morning, the first and second day I made it through the first movement of the kriya easily...but then I could not make it through without dropping my hands for a second each time (because I was sore) but today I made it all the way through again!! I set my intention to specifically make it through that movement and I did it!!! Thank you so much. I have had a coworker (whom rarely spoke to me before) AND a complete stranger come up to me this last week since I started this and just pour their heart out to me! Day 1 of this practice 😮Saw your reel and thought I’d try the head/heart balance. I’ve a real need to be in my body but seem to avoid it. I started the practise sitting in bed 😅 Inwas tough I stopped felt like lying back down and doing a meditation but I got back to it stopped and started when my shoulders hurt. Got out of bed and did the stand and squat. I’m 60 and have dipped in and out of yoga for years never with any real commitment, I intend to do this 40 cycle. My back has been weak and speaking with me for a few weeks now so let’s see how this communicates with it and the rest of my mind, body and soul 🙏🏻 Thank you I love your singing (not sure of yogic term) so connective to the divine, beautiful 🤗

Loved this Kriya. I've been doing kundalini yoga for 3-4 months straight now and this is a great kriya. I find the most powerful aspect the shoulder exercise as it is what really quiets the mind. The more I did the kriya daily it didn't have the same affect but I think because the mind was quieter. I have a request for a kriya for a specific mind recurrent pattern. Where can I send this request?

    Hello
It was a grate class the way I wana activate my kundalini calm and at ease....
    Iam gratefull for you support.
I would prefer to live in a kundalini and Yoga comunity.... And be in direct with people like you,
It is sometimes so hard to stay in tune. At the moment Iam at a Yoga place but the women is only giving class when guests are here and on the days off we go to eat in a restaurant drinking beer and eating stuff.... Its hard for me because my nature is kind if including myself to the sorrounding to conect and not exclude.... But afterwads i feel bad because i put my energy down. On the other hand I also dont wana become to sensitive because it is already hard for me to eat normal food. I realy feel sometimes lonely. I for myself alone feel still not having the strength to stay intune would be much more easier to be sorrounded by people which are in tune and stay to certain guidelines. .....
Greetings and thank you for reading Viktor (at the moment Iam near Malaga Spain, the weather is grat the beach beautifull and life is amazing) ;-)

Hi Anne - you brought back memories. My studio was next door to a vet. And yes the pups would cry from time to time if they were scared. We would always send energy over to them. ⭐️
