Thank you so much for this video! I have watched so many on this condition, but this one was the most informative. Not one other video mentions that stress exacerbates this condition.
I learned so much. Thank you. 👍👍👍
great video !
Thank you
Good presentation colleague
Kindly upload a video on chicken pox and it's treatment as well as remedies for removal of it's spots......

Its on my face and ears , using antifungal shampoo foam on face irritates skin and skin becomes red and dry and for this i have to use anti-inflammatory ointment. This is a loop , u can't escape anywhere. On not washing my face, with any facewash or shampoo foam , it looks normal but still there is intense burning sensation at some places and yellowish secretion . This disease is more than a curse . Hope someday we find its cure .
Edit -
Today as on 04/05/2024 , I'm telling all of u that since February 2024 , I'm going well without using any face moisture or cream or ointment, and I'm also not avoiding much food , i just avoid junk food , oily food , maida , and sugar , and after bathing I expose my face in direct sunlight four times a week in between 8am -9am for 10-15min
*And the most important thing is that u have to believe that you have no disease*
Convince urself daily , just act and think like u don't have any disease, get vit d levels checked and may God shower his love on all of us..

Have you tried sulfur ointment?
@@crawlzzz i haven't tried it yet , but how long can I be able to use it ?
@@sudhamshankar9318 from what I can tell you can use it indefinitely. Although in my experience, once you're cleared up you can drop it to only every few days to keep it at bay. My nose was completely peeling and red for weeks and nothing would help. Within 3 days of putting on the sulfur ointment before bed, I was almost completely clear.
Finally, I found out why alopecia affected me too... Due to this dermatitis type....
It's crazy how most doctors at leadt in the west, will send you straight to a dermatologist where you will be given a bunch of creams, but what food you eat is not questioned once
What should I eat?
@@MrMoon1ight_ well it depends on what food bother your skin specifically. The most common culprits are seed oils, processed sugars, wheat and lactose. I suggest you do your own research and experiment with food by taking out the one's that are most often to blame
I am completely cured after 6 years.
Here is what I did, I hope it helps someone.
I quit processed food completely.
I switched from diary to gluten free alternatives.
Paid a higher price for macro/ organic alternatives on the vegetables.
Processed sugar is almost completely rid from diet.
I used steroid cream under dermatologist prescription for two years. This exacerbated it. I had worried about the effects of ceasing it’s use. I used an antibacterial alternative of tee tree and rosemary Creme for my face when tapering off hydrocortisone. Have not touched hydro since and I do not recommend it’s use.
I used a tar shampoo once a month to really rid the dandruff and bacteria off my scalp.
Blow dry hair after shower every time.
For body wash and moisturiser I diverted towards natural alternatives.
In about a month I was completely clear from seb derm. I had laser to fix pigmentation and kill bacteria. Q Switch - Non ablative.
For me I believe it was my diet - gut health. My life is turned around. I only wish I’d done this six years sooner.
thank you for sharing your experience with us, God bless your soul
Is drying the hair super important?
@@MrMoon1ight_ I found keeping the scalp routinely clean and dry to be an effective way (for me) to prevent that moist environment which the bacteria thrived in. For me, every step is important. Most importantly, the change didn’t completely occur until I worked on my health from the inside out via disciplined diet. I spent years trying to Band-Aid the effect with hygiene and pharmaceutical products without fixing the cause. This is not advice, just trying to be insightful.
Hello. I am writing from Turkey. I comment using translation. It would be very nice if you translate your answer. I have had seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp for several years. I promised not to apply cleaning products such as shampoo or soap to my scalp. My hair was number three. I started massaging my scalp with crushed garlic every day. After massaging with garlic for half an hour, I rinsed my hair with apple cider vinegar. I repeated this every day. In the first few days, the dandruff disappeared. He didn't come back for a few months. When I went back to shampoo a few months later, it started to flak slowly within 1 week. Whatever my personal opinion is, clean your hair with herbal teas and oil. Don't give up. I think it regulates the microbiota in the hair. I rinse with herbal tea. It's my second day. It's the 14th day since I quit shampooing again. I'm going to get my hair used to shampoo-free for life.

For what it is worth, when i was younger, i used to do henna. Now i am older, i don't anymore because my white hair looks like crap with the red. I know that in morocco ( or i was told) that they put henna on kids palms and feet to avoid them getting fungus infections as the kids played around the countryside...maybe? All i know is this condition was never so much a problem as it is now. I might just try henna with no color, the real stuff if i can still find it, maybe it makes a difference...not organised commercial juices, the real henna that you have to make yourself, with lemon juice . I used to make it without lemon juice and it seemed to do something. But it is nicer with

Been using drugs prescribed by dermatologist from a year still dandruff is present. Had spent over 40k ₹ for treatment no effect, 😅. Hair fall started too. They tell us to be stress free but dandruff is the one causing stress and financial loss 😂.
Try to not consume wheat and gluten or even maybe dairy. Carbohydrates trigger the release of those oils mentioned in the video. LOOK INTO THE RELATION BETWEEN CARBS AND SKIN CONDITIONS
Are you vegetarian
@@Finn959 yes. By the way I started using selsun shampoo and stopped using all the other drugs given by the dermatologist. My dandruff is now very well controlled.

I have this condition for about 20 years and still counting till the day the cure is found. Sacrifice my childhood and teenager phase... and soon my adulthood

@@NikhilKumar-jw1ve thanks for this brother stay strong glad to know so why do you think we developed this was it just a genetic defect or something
@@sarsvfx There are plenty of sources on RUclips about carnivore, animal based, or just diet with quality ingredients (avoiding toxic stuff with pesticides and things like too much plant defense chemicals). Try Paul Saladino, Frank Tufano (to maybe counterbalance Paul Saladino....don't believe anybody 100%...do what works for you) and go from there. It is very likely the food we eat. Have you eliminated seed oils (canola, sunflower, peanut...)? It is the source of unsaturated fats this video mentioned. It might be all you need, but it will likely not be enough. You can then try reducing carbohydrates which apparently feed the bacteria on your head. I'm currently trying this, but it will be a slow process as I need to find other alternatives to eat and change my habits. Might also be the milk, which I am not willing to cut right now.
You might be motivated way more than I am and reach a solution faster than me. I just don't want to wash my hair every 2 days and don't have to regularly go to school/work. So I don't worry about the dandruff too much and try slowly change my diet to test things out. Only thing that really bothers me is the itching. But if I just use baby shampoo or an egg, it itches just a little and just sometimes. I don't believe in shampoos that target this condition...my scalp always itches way more 1 or 2 days after I use them.
Just trying to say you don't have bad genetics...we live in a toxic environment and some people just can tolerate way more. It is unlikely you'd have these problems running around with a bow and in a loin cloth. So try to make some changes to see if they work for you and you. There is so many people with problems you don't know about having plenty of children. You can figure this one out with some testing.
I used to have severe flaky dandruff. Over the years I have seen more than 5 dermatologists but no one was able to treat my problem. My suffering finally came to an end when I started using SELSUN shampoo.
Believe me guys it is the best thing to tackle this dandruff problem.
I had dandruff for more than 4 years but just after switching to this shampoo it's gone within 14 days.
Thanks to God I feel so relieved now and I just don't want anyone to go through this same problem 😭.
For everyone who is facing this issue, I request you please please give this shampoo a try, it's life saving.
I can tell you that sugar and a poor diet is what makes it worse, and if you cut out sugar and improve your diet, IT WILL GET BETTER.
Dr's say they think it is caused by yeast on your skin. What does yeast love to eat? SUGAR!!!
I'm not saying I know this for a fact, but if you eat a lot of sugar, it gets worse. If you cut out sugar, it gets better.
I'd guarantee any money that people that have bad cases of this have bad diets high in sugar.
When you clean up your diet and drink lots of water, I'll guarantee your skin will get better. I know from experience.
I bought roycederm off amazon and it worked amazingly for a year or so. Now all of a sudden its came back and the roycederm no longer works. Mad

@@MEDSimplified Yea dear🌝 thank you for the proper information 👌 ... Helpful to me & many❤️
so basically it is not caused by fungus but we prescribe anti fungal treatments... We need to keep the skin clean and moisturized so we give pirytonine shampoo and salicylic shampoo, both drying agent that penetrates between cells and may even enter cell walls. I am really not sure this is actually a good idea.
I have it in nape of my neck and its hideous! My dermatologist prescribed a medical shampoo and a liquid that stings my scalp but helps. If I don't follow my regiment it flares up and I have to start all over again. Not the worst thing that could happen to me I suppose but I always feel unhygienic even though I'm actually not 😢

My doctor prescribed me ketoconzole shampoo... But it makes my hair frizzy... & For face antifungal cream named as Clotam-B, eumosne M .... Is it safe to use antifungal cream for long time... I have been using it for last 3 years... i am also from jammu
Bro both the creams are steroidal creams, I still use eumosone or desowen at times but very rare. Like once a month. Dont use them for too long. Try non steroidal creams instead.
My doctor prescribed me mometasone ..as long as I kept using my skin was clear but when I stopped after finishing the tube it reappeared again@@ujjavalkumar7398
Ketoconazole shampoo or cream is not a steroid. It is an anti fungal treatment . It damages the fungal cell membrane . Anti fungal treatment also comes in Oral form . I would prefer the topical use. Not so sure how effective the oral medication would be for the scalp . Probably more effective for skin issues. This is definitely not a steroid. Know what you are putting on your skin and in your mouth and the side effects. Do your homework and ask questions. These medications are not without side effects.

Check out how low carb diets have cured people's dry skin, and see if it works for you
Aloe vera gel solution clears this up in no time
Treat the CAUSE not the SYMPTOMS.
Most common cause is carbohydrates like wheat, and dairy.
This problem stems from FOOD.
There's plenty of people who fixed this skin condition with zero skin creams and simply going low carb
That means no milk products? I really need to know what to do man...
@@raivis2004 It depends, some people are bothered by lactose, some more some less. Goat's milk tends to be more digestible for people. Unpasteurised milk is most digestible if you can find any.
Some cheeses have less lactose than other's.
