      I can do all 7 exercises. But the one in which you do partial dhanurasan i am unable to fold the leg backward. What can be done. I am 80 and had been asked by dr to undergo knee replacement. I will definitely try this for 7 days.

    I am 68years I started these kind of excercise just few months back my knees are better but continuously doing for few months is very good total knee pain goes off at least 90 percent.
    Thank you very much. I am in Yoga class also just from 21 June 2024. That also I liked very much. Actually I am not for Yoga because of my friend I joined now I am Happy because it gives all kind of excercise
